The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. They truly love their work and care for the shop.

Good spot for a quick bite with fair prices. The portions were big so that was nice. There wasn’t a line and there were plenty of seats.
Food would have been better if it wasn’t just sitting out for a good part of the day. It’s how these types of restaurants do things though. Would have loved food to be a bit warmer but it wasn’t cold. Taste was good, the sauces too. If we lived close we would definitely be by again. Staff were friendly.

Friendly staffs and they helped to choose the best option for the burrito. Chicken portion was less but the taste was good. Plenty of sauces to choose. So many tables were available inside and outside for dining. Not enough parking space available. Have some street parking available.

I had such a happy wonderful experience. I met such a wonderful and the kindest server named Natula U. She served us with such kindness I have never seen in a server before in my life. She made us feel at home and the food was so delicious. I will never forget the very delicious soup . I really look forward to eating there again and having that special food. I also hope to be served by Natuica again. What a wonderful lady.

On a weekday just after noon hours nobody in the restaurant and the only girl in the kitchen did not hear us after calling out Hello/Excuse Me. The she was totally uninterested in serving us. The rice and veggies were completely dried out and she was scraping the container to put them on our burritos and bowls. I had to ask her to please get a
fresh batch. She wasn’t pleased that we told her the same for grilled veggies as well. The veggies were just not enough for four and they were completely dried out. Then she added any salsa’s – none in the burritos, bowl and quesadilla. She asked us to take it from the counter meant for chips!
None of the burritos tasted any good. The only vegan/vegetarian protein option Adobo Tofu had no flavour. It just felt as if there was no seasonings or spices added to it.
Close to $60 for the for the four of us. Totally not worth it. Save your business for someone who really wants your business and cares for the food served. So disappointed

Nautica was so attentive I had to write a review. She didn’t let anything be served that even looked partially questionable- even if it took a few extra minutes to get new food on the line. We came at a slow time so some food was a little old… but she ensured -without us asking- that she swapped out everything that looked old before she served it to us… she made sure we got fresh food which is so rare in today’s world- but I appreciated it so much. Especially after a full day of travel with small kids. A fresh meal was so appreciated. I have some faith in humanity again.

I have ordered from here maybe 2-3 times over the past year to have lunch at my workplace nearby and been pleased. But today my order arrived with no utensils and a large bag of rubbery stale chips on the side. I would have rather had no chips honestly. I will edit this if I get a response or order again in the future and have a better outcome with my meal.

I placed an order ahead of time through the Moes App that gave me a pickup time of 6:22 PM. I waited until a little after 6:30 PM when the one person staffed in the entire restaurant informed me that they were out of food. He’d need at least an additional 25-30 minutes to cook it. He apologized as the morning person apparently left him in a bad spot without any food prepared. I said that I understand, but I can’t & don’t want to wait that long for counter service. I asked him to please cancel my order, which he was unable to do.
He called his manager multiple times, walked outside to discuss with them, and did everything to try to get someone to help. At 7 PM, approximately 40 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready, they were still unable to issue a refund. They now wanted me to hand over my credit card, so they could read the numbers aloud to whoever they had on their cell phone. That does not seem reasonable or safe in 2025. They have all my information in their computer system.
I have never been at a more unprofessional, unorganized, understaffed, and utterly incompetent restaurant in my life. How do you have a counter service restaurant with no food and no manager or team lead on staff? The guy working was pleasant, but had no ability to actually assist outside of making food.
In the meantime, I’ve called my credit card company to dispute the changes as I never received any food. My recommendation is don’t go to this location. Aside from my issue, they had to cancel multiple orders where food delivery drivers were coming in to pickup food that wasn’t ready.

Walked in unannounced with a large order for out-of-town guests, and Nautica was exceptional! She made sure I got everything I needed and helped create a value meal that fit perfectly within our budget. The team had our order ready before I even arrived — talk about outstanding service!

Change of ownership has had impact on both food and service. I used to love Moes more than chipotle however now i will avoid it. Rice was dry and crispy..beans totally dry from sitting around long time at heated tempetatures. The indian owner scolded girl when i asked for more beans and she obliged…however they were too dry when i tried to eat i could not.
When i requested cup of water he told me they.have run out of cups and i can buy bottled water. After this crap he came to me asking me to give him good review as he is still new..oh well this is as good as i can honestly be
Positive its near fashion outlet so location is great but just dont order food there…there is chipotle nearby and food and service is way better.
