Poor food quality for the price. The staff was just miserable. The manager made the tacos for us, and I think she was the most unenthusiastic person I have seen at any of the locations. The dining area was also gross. We ended up eating outside because every table was unclean. The prices were extremely high for what you got. Bring back the old Moe’s, this new place stinks!

Portion sizes are extremely small. Only a handful of chips were given for 3 people. Our bill was $63 and I was still hungry after my 2 very small, kid size tacos. Plus, they weren’t even made right. I called to speak to the manager who was very understanding and credited my card for the tacos. I was told it was the owners fault that portion sizes were smaller. Will NOT go back and do NOT recommend.

This place is a joke literally gave 5 pieces of chicken cubes. I asked for more chicken and she had a stank attitude. “Well it will be extra money” like does the company give you extra on saving on chicken? Also they have some kind of machine making a loud noise. Probably why they are skimpy on chicken. If you like no meat on your burritos this place is for you.

I didn’t have a lunch today so I decided it was a good day to try this new Moe’s location.
It was clean and bright inside. Employees were helpful and got the lunch crowd through the line quickly. The portions were a healthy size and I always am pleasantly surprised that they include chips with every order. Tons of available fresh toppings would allow a plentiful combinations for every taste.
I noticed that they simplified their menu. They have an easier menu to follow, more like Chipotle, where you choose a protein and if you want a bowl, salad, tacos or burrito. The only pre suggested item left from before is their home wrecker.
I ordered a salad with steak to go. It was fresh and the meat was warm. Everything was flavored well and it left me full. I enjoyed the fresh toppings and would come back.

Today on October 10th at 12pm I visited this location and Im pretty sure they just served me leftovers from the previous night.. never had a problem here until today. Lettuce is BROWN AND WILTED. So I didn’t get any. Rice and beans were Hard and stuck together. I should have known by the looks of the rice in the pan that is was over cooked or left over. It was stuck on the bottom and the lady literally had to scrap it off.. I should have turned around then and not wasted my $15!!

Use the same utensils for different garnishes. Push my guacamole down on my burrito with their spoon and have cheese and stuff stuck to it and put it back. My burrito wasn’t wrapped and opened up in the bag and stuff fell out of it.

I had the pleasure of being served by the general manager of this location. My niece gets excited to use her gift cards to pay for her own lunch, but there was a problem with the card. He was incredibly patient and kind. She absolutely loves eating at this Moe’s and I can see why!!! Thank you!

The quality goes down every time I go in this Chain. Last night my husband and I got to build your own Burritos. The seasoned rice was extremely hard like not enough water was added when cooked. Also was up charged for everything just put a burrito with the real price if you want a little of everything. The Value for the up charge verses portion size is disproportional. I could have had a real meal in a restaurant with a waitress for what you charge. The staff were like robots. Not rude but not friendly either. We wont be back any time soon. My bill was 45 dollars for two burritos two drinks chips and some Queso.
