This location has really dropped off over the last year and has become hit or miss. Hard, undercooked rice and beans. Unappealing lettuce. Cold tofu. Seemingly watered down hot sauce. Employee topping off cambros with no gloves on. Send feedback to corporate multiple times just to never hear back. Used to come in once or twice a week but now I regret it more than I enjoy it.

How is this place still a profitable business? Each time I go here it’s typically out of desperation when I’m craving this style of food and other places are closed. I’ve gone here 3 times in the past year now and it is absolutely disgusting every single time. Dirty, food is cooked terrible, and is low quality. Was too lazy to write a review until having a horrible experience for an additional time.
Who is running this place? Are they using it to launder money or do people actually eat here enough to keep the business alive? The google review history of this place is terrible. I’m shocked how terrible this Moe’s is compared to others.
Stay away from here at all costs. Will never return to this place again. I will starve for 3 days before even considering eating here again (and probably go to it if I had to after that out of desperation).

Don’t bother ordering a junior burrito, I got it thinking it would be smaller than a normal burrito but what I received was literally three bites. The person making my food must be paid by how much they put in the burrito because it was more tortilla than anything else. Waste of 11 bucks and my time…

Came to this location on transit and losson in the same lot at target and i used to come to this moes all of the time and it has gone downhill so fast. The place is filthy and they have nobody cleaning it there is food all over the floor and every single table to sit at was dirty and covered in food and garbage. I had ordered a stack which usually comes with queso on it which is also stated on the menu 3 feet away that it comes with queso but when ordering she told me it would be extra which i didn’t argue with because i just figured they switched it. The salsa bar was almost empty and everything looked like it’s been sitting there for like 3 days and yet again was filthy and covered in old and dry salsa. The freestyle soda machine which has the different flavors of soda was out of almost all of the flavorings so we politely asked if they could switch it or if they were just out entirely and the lady who we had asked rolled her eyes and got her manager in the back to do it after giving us plenty attitude. the atmosphere is just horrible and everyone seemed miserable and like they hated their jobs and frankly i don’t blame them. I will not be returning to this location again.

Wow – what has happened to this location??!? Gone completely downhill since the last time I was here (before they remodeled). The place was empty when i got there, 1-2 tables of customers- no one in line. The place is FILTHY!!! Every table and bench covered in food, the floors as well. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks or months – the bathroom was also gross. The soda machine also filthy. To top it off the guy in the red shirt in photo (no one had name tags on) seemed clueless and was charging me for guacamole (because a sticker on our burrito signified hot peppers- and had I not been paying attention to the check out screen would have been charged $1.99 for guacamole we never ordered). Also the queso (this same guy) only filled up these tiny cups halfway- until I told him about it, he acted annoyed when I pointed it out. Pop machine empty on flavors and not replenished until I asked the guy. Overall this went from one of my favorite Moes to one of the worst (Transit Rd Williamsville and Union Rd were also awful from previous visits). Will NEVER return after this experience.

The workers in this specific location are completely rude and unprofessional. I asked for my rice to not be cold and hard and they weren’t happy to remake my bowl. Don’t waste your money at this dirty Moe’s… go to chipotle in East Aurora instead

The line was very long when we first arrived (at dinner time), but we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly we made it through. Our bowls were accurate with good serving sizes and we loved the chips. The seating area was also very clean.

Management horrifically terrible and they only hire little kids that do not work and are so lazy they hide in the back have no smiles and stand around touching food without gloves. This is about the transit and losson. DO NOT GO HERE THEY DONT EVEN WELCOME YOU THE CORRECT WAY!!!!

I recently visited Moe’s Southwest Grill and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served just the way I like it. I ordered a burrito with all the fixings, and everything—from the rice to the guac—tasted great and felt freshly prepared. Also Evan the manager was well respectful and definitely deserved the tip.

Drove to this Moe’s and the one in Cheektowaga, both closed early… because of a football game. Outstanding business model — close whenever there’s a kickoff! At this rate, you might as well shut down altogether if a Bills game can outweigh business.
