The line was very long when we first arrived (at dinner time), but we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly we made it through. Our bowls were accurate with good serving sizes and we loved the chips. The seating area was also very clean.

Place has gone downhill. Freestyle machine was out of carbonation and lady manager was aware and there’s nothing we can do. All kinds of bugs buzzing around the machine, gross. Employees were just hanging out not concerned. Will not be back.

We were there earlier today the place was a mess tables dirty garbage and food on floor and our shoes were sticking to the floor and garbage full.. This is not the first time we have been there and the place was a mess but dont think we will be going back. Clean this place up.

Went there today and ordered a burrito to go. First, I asked for light lettuce, I literally got 8 slivers of lettuce. Went i got home i started to eat it and the “spicy chicken” wasn’t mixed proper so the whole half of my burrito is all very strong taxo seasoning, can’t even eat it its so gross. 16.00 wasted

Went there today for chips and cheese ! Asked for bowl and the large bag of chips , the girl who took my money was great smiled nice pleasant , I paid and waited for the girl to hand me my order upon doing so I glanced in the bag it was 1/4 full I went up and ask for it to please be filled she took the bag and put 1 scoop in it like wth I said I come here all the time fill the bag please rolls her eyes very rude and uncharacteristic for this location other works standing there no one says a word unreal !!!
