I’ve been coming to the Rome Moe’s consistently for over a year and I’ve NEVER had a bad meal regardless of what I order. Bowls and burritos always packed full. The staff at this location have been around for a while and are always friendly, welcoming, and hard working! The workers make this Moe’s the best!

Good location, friendly staff, food came out with good overall quality. The roof had a huge leak when we were there and they had to close the place down. Even more hilarious is ‘walking on sunshine’ was playing over the audio system as we watched water pouring inthrough the ceiling.
As in the roof literally had a gushing hole with the drop ceiling collapsed and a huge mess in the direct middle of the table area.
Im actually surpised they were still open at all given the severity of this. We’d go back though staff was friendly.
My only complaint is the same I see at other Moe’s sometimes – music was ridiculously loud to the point where you have to raise your voice to talk with someone across the table. Not sure why these places need to crank the music to 10,000 decibels?

Every time I come to moes the employees treat me like family! This is the greatest place to dine on black River blvd. Food is excellent! People are excellent! I’m very happy with the service here. Keep up the good work!!

This place is a LOT better than it used to be and far above the nearby locations. The manager (at least, we think he was managing or supervising when we were there 3/29 at 7pm) was awesome at his job and just overall a pleasant person, not to mention the food was great. While we were there someone must’ve called with an order issue, and he handled that very professionally too. Just a great place for us and our kids!
