Easy to order ahead in the app and simple rewards program. Food was full of fresh ingredients, perfectly made from the add ons or subs we made and temperature hot as expected. Chips were crispy and perfectly salted. Love the salsa bar (similar to the one at Blue Coast Burrito). Salsa was fresh and tasted like it was recently made. The hot was hot so beware. Nice twist on ranch and dips well with anything. Restrooms were clean and stocked. Not much interaction with the people but they smiled when they handed us the meals.

I placed a large order more than seven hours in advance for New Year’s Eve, only to have it canceled with less than three hours’ notice. On a holiday. After the order had already been accepted.
This left me scrambling at the last minute to find food for a planned gathering, with almost no options available. If a location cannot fulfill large or advance orders, that should be communicated before the order is taken — not hours before pickup when customers have no backup plan.
This wasn’t a minor inconvenience; it was a complete failure of planning and customer service. For a national brand, this level of unreliability is shocking. I will not be ordering again, and I would strongly caution others against relying on this location for any important event or holiday order.

Dishes are plain and straightforward. I ordered takeout because I was in a hurry to get home. I didn’t wait too long to be served my order. They give large servings of food. However, the burrito I ordered just seem a bit sad/plain, there’s no side of chips or whatever. But the price is reasonable

Moe’s has always had great food but their app and pickup process is terrible during high demand days. Today was national burrito day and the app/company didn’t notify me that my order will be delayed because close to 100 customers will be waiting in line. A+ for food but an F for communication and service. I walked out after about 30 minutes of waiting.

1st time here, no guidance offered. When asking questions staff not engaged. When my food rang up higher than anticipated.. the staff answered “that is only when you scan the app.” A piece of information that could be provided nicely….

Food is always good here, but tonight I walked in at 8:20pm (store closes at 9pm), and everything was being cleaned up. Now I understand getting an early start because it’s Saturday night, and in addition cleaning up the entire store is a process, but 40+ minutes early? Come on guys. They still made my order, but were visibility perturbed that I showed up while they were cleaning up. Almost an hour before closing. It’s not like I walked in at 8:55. If you’re going to start cleaning up at 8, close at 8. Otherwise, please work on your customer service. If I’m willing to pay $20 for mediocre fast food plus a 15% tip, I’d expect them to at least act like the store is open, minus the attitude.

I used to love Moes. The flavor is there, the menu choices are there. The problem is this location. The employees are absolutely TRASH. They can’t get an order right to save their lives. The last three times I’ve ordered here, I’ve had 3 messed up meals. I was advised I would get a refund that never was given. I called back and still was not given the refund that was promised a second time. Leadership really needs to make some changes to this location or they need to just shut it down.
