Top Notch service. Ordered tofu nachos which I know is probably not ordered often- the staff member working took the time to make fresh tofu that was grilled to perfection. Was apologetic and kind about the wait which I was not upset with but he went out of his way to make it a great experience.

Been coming here for a while now. Now managment is coming down on them. My wife order chichen burrito. they didnt even put a serving on there. When my wife asked a little more, they told her it was double chicken. Same thing that Chipotle is now happening here. I will not pay extra for smaller portions. I will not being coming back here. I will not pay $13 for a Moes monday 6.99 burrito. It seems like you are paing for every ingredient which is not the way.

I’m really not sure what happened to this Moe’s location over the years. It used to have a steady flow of traffic, happy (and welcoming employees), and burritos for a decent price. After stopping in a few years later, it’s turned into the complete opposite. We walked in and got no greeting or acknowledgment, there was barely anyone there, 3 employees, and it took 5-10 minutes for anyone to start our order and we were the only ones in line. The portions are so much smaller, and they charged us for the white meat chicken which is a $1 up charge per burrito (yes we could have said something but realized it after the fact and it wasn’t worth the hassle). It was $38 for
2 burritos, 1 with extra meat and 2 standard (not large) drinks. The rice also wasn’t cooked all the way. It was semi-hard and chewy. I believe a couple of others complained about it. The employees all looked young and new but they were friendly. It just seems like this location needs a new manager that cares about its success. That’s probably hard to find considering Moe’s doesn’t even seem to pay a living wage. There’s so much room for improvement but it doesn’t seem like anyone really cares?

I’ve been a Moe’s customer for a long time, but this location has really gone downhill. Over the past few months I’ve been multiple times and it seems to be getting worse. On my most recent visit they were out of multiple basic ingredients, which made ordering frustrating and limited. On top of that, the food hasn’t been tasting fresh lately, and the quality is noticeably worse than it used to be.

The store itself was dirty and poorly maintained, which is not what you want to see in a place serving food. The staff also appeared very unprofessional—sagging pants, lack of attention, and an overall careless attitude that made the experience uncomfortable.

I used to enjoy coming here, but unless there’s serious improvement in cleanliness, food quality, and professionalism

Every time I come here everybody goes above and beyond! John especially is always super kind and very helpful! He even offered to make fresh salsa one time because the batches were very soupy! He made my experience great! Thanks John keep being a great worker!

Lovely staff working tonight! they were busier than i expected for a thursday night, however, they were friendly, efficient and worked together really well compared to previous experiences, not to mention my food was great and the chips were nice and salty. great job management and crew, i will be back!!!

Ordered $80 worth of food through the Moe’s app for pickup and was really disappointed. Both bowls had very little meat, one had the wrong rice, and several items were missing completely—a $5 taco, a $5 cup of queso, and various sauces. To make it worse, I even tipped ahead.

The whole point of ordering through the app is convenience, but instead I got shorted and frustrated. Do I really need to open every single container in the restaurant just to make sure the order is correct? For the amount spent, this should not be happening.

Definitely a poor experience, and not worth repeating unless they step up accuracy and quality.

Dear Moe’s Southwest Grill Management,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a series of serious concerns I recently encountered at your establishment. As a long-time customer who has always enjoyed the food and atmosphere at Moe’s, I was deeply disappointed with my latest visit.

Firstly, the state of the bathrooms was appalling. They were dirty and unkempt, reflecting a complete disregard for basic hygiene standards. This is not only unacceptable but also poses a health risk to your customers. Also, I understand it’s a bathroom, but the disgusting smell of stale urine all over! Accompanied by the doo-doo stains left in the toilet bowl, it is truly revaulting.

Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. The floors were sticky, the tables were not properly cleaned, and the general ambiance was far from the welcoming environment I have come to expect from Moe’s.

Moreover, the staff on duty appeared to be childish and inexperienced. The only professional worker last evening was what I would assume is the store manager. She was an older woman short pony tail working the register. Other than than their behavior was unprofessional, and they lacked the basic courtesy and efficiency needed to provide a pleasant dining experience. There was a young gentleman working who kept saying something about earning a gold star! Like get real brother. This was further exacerbated by their poor grooming and lack of presentability, which is not reflective of the high standards Moe’s claims to uphold.

I urge you to address these issues promptly. Clean and maintain your establishment to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for your customers. Additionally, please invest in proper training and grooming standards for your staff to ensure they represent your brand with the professionalism it deserves.

I hope to see significant improvements on my next visit, and I look forward to hearing from you regarding the steps you will take to rectify these concerns.

Yikes! This is the dirtiest place I’ve been to, hands down. It was extremely dirty, the food was horrible and the staff sucked except one kid who was trying. There was no trash bag in the garbage can so garbage was spilling out the bottom. All the tables were covered in food and dirty, the floor was covered in trash, food and dirt. How anyone can eat here is beyond me. It’s disgusting, don’t trust the food either.

I’ve noticed the portions at this Moe’s shrinking over the last year or two, but this past week it reached a level that was absolutely ridiculous. I paid $17 for a burrito with extra chicken, and what I got was such a tiny amount that I honestly laughed when I opened it. It was significantly smaller than what Moe’s used to serve in the kids’ burrito for my seven-year-old nephew. That can’t possibly be the official corporate standard, because it was just silly.

Meanwhile, other Moe’s locations and Chipotle consistently give atleast three times the amount of meat for less money. Here, customers are left paying more and more while getting less and less. I’ve always liked Moe’s, but at this point, it feels like you’re paying premium prices for kids’-meal portions, and that just doesn’t make sense.
