If I could give zero stars I would. By far this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. I ordered a burrito bowl, quesadilla, queso side and guac side through Uber eats. Queso and guac were both missing, the quesadilla was missing everything I asked to be put inside and the cheese that was left was so rationed and rock solid that it couldn’t be eaten. The burrito bowl was not only missing half of what I asked to be put inside, but it was so insanely old I could have swore they gave me left overs sitting for 2 weeks. That’s what it tasted like. The rice was was harder than raw rice. The queso inside was clumped up like a singular firm ball as if it had been sitting for weeks. Awful. Horrendous. This location needs to shut down permanently. I will never purchase from here again and I pray that everyone who wants Moe’s sees my review and doesn’t purchase from here either. Horrific experience. 0/10.

Ordered through Uber Eats today around 9pm When my order arrived I was missing several things including a cup of Moes queso and chips and guac in my burritos, and also the poblano crema. Already 8 dollars. On top of that the burritos were the size of my palm filled 90 percent with stale rice. I’ve ordered moes multiple times in the past and have never had a bad experience until today.

This location is a gas station. This is barely even a moes. The staff essentially refuse to keep essential items stocked. Walked away after paying 13 dollars for a bowl and no chips. Whatever “management” structure this bolla market has is lackluster.

Same experience in a course of 6 month span. Paid $12 for a bowl that was half filled and didnt even make me full. The server carefully put a tiny spoon of chicken ensuring not even a extra cube falls into my bowl. Chicken looked old, brown and rubbery. Lettuce was dark and black. Peppers soggy and look old. Very very skimpy with meat and cheese. Definitely will never step into moes again after this. Enjoy the money i mistakenly spent here twice.

and was assured I would get a refund. I was never refunded or even contacted. I left another complaint to contact me. Nothing! I was served dangerous raw food and am out money. The worker was rude on top of it. Done with this and all Moe’s. They aren’t worth the high price!

I ordered two kids meals on DoorDash. 2 kids burritos. Just chicken, rice, shredded cheese and queso. Yet I didn’t get any cheese on the burritos. Not shredded cheese or queso. And I paid extra for the queso. It is extremely sad people can’t just place mobile orders and expect what they paid for. You would think the workers are paying out of their pocket for the items. I paid for it. So why are you guys like this????wont be going back to this location.
