I live in Rocky point right next to the Moe’s and I come here once a week to receive my free burrito for a year before I received the coupon I use to come in for a burrito but the employees are very rude everytime we come it makes us feel uncomfortable, they gave us our burrito and it fell apart I asked her to give us a new one she made it very small and most of the food was out on the tray I worked in the work industry for years I would of gave a new tray and apologized she said nothing when we come in nobody says hi and we come here all the time and we are very nice if I have to drive 25 minutes to another one I will unfortunately because I am not coming back here very rude people nasty and inconsiderate for loyal customers who come once a week and purchase food along with the free coupon won’t be coming back here, there open about 8:30pm at night when they close at 10:00 and instead of making
new food they use the same old rice and when things are almost empty like pepper and onions they don’t make new containers of food very upset with this location

Ordered the $9.95 Junior burrito meal. You can get chicken which I ordered, you could also get a side of guacamole or a side of queso. I chose guacamole. When I went online to pay, they charged me $.79 extra for the chicken. When I asked them why they were charging me extra for the chicken they said white meat is more money. I said I never asked for white meat. I asked for chicken. When you Order from them make sure you watch what they ring you up for. A couple of times we’ve been there and they tried to charge us extras for stuff that they shouldn’t have charged us for. Customer service is absolutely disgusting. Rude employees speaking another language about you when you go there.

I went to Moe”s on 4/6/25. I have to say it might be one of the worst dining experiences I have ever seen. First off I walk in and it’s very dark only people eating were / employees. I go to the counter and am not greeted. There was a woman who never smiled or even can help explain the menu. I believe the woman didn’t speak English. Every question I asked was a blank stare. I finally gave up and just chose build your own Burrito.. we had to point to every thing and no questions were answered. Finally the manager came over and threw some of my extras in burrito. My son asked for the meal. I asked what does that include the guy said very short a tiny portion of Guacamole and a drink. We get our meals and received no forks or straws or any assistance. I went back to the counter twice to get things and just got a finger to where it should be. The store was dirty and the food on display did not look appetizing. Looked old and dry. That’s exactly how it tasted. For 42 bucks I could have gone to Taco Bell 4 times and had better food. Will never go to Moe”s again
