I am usually a huge fan of Moe’s. One of my favorite places to get food from.
This location though has the honor of giving me single handedly one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
I placed an uber order to this location and less than half my stuff arrived. Instructions hadn’t been followed. The food is practically inedible with how poorly it was the order had been followed.
They also mislabeled the food and someone with a sensitivity to meat almost ate a meat filled quesadilla instead of the tofu one they ordered.
I love Moe’s but I can not let something like this go, especially seeing how poorly rated this location is already.
Please use literally any other Moe’s location but not this one.

It’s Americanized Mexican food. Similar to Chipotle. Personally I like Moe’s better. For damn sure they win the Queso battle.

Discovered by watching employees wear the same gloves to touch everything else, including holding your debit/credit card and touching the keypad on the register and carrying and holding containers, just to name a few examples, they wear to make your food. After watching an employee do this and then make my “The Stack” burrito type sandwich and place his hand completely in the fresh jalapeños and put them on my sandwich, and then put his hands all over my sandwich to fold it up while wearing the same gloves. The same employee told me they only change or remove gloves when handling cash, because it’s dirtier, and/or change them out every 30 minutes. It was clear to me they don’t change or remove gloves after touching anything and everything else, with the exception of handling cash, apparently. Disgusting and completely unsanitary. I won’t be going back to that location, ever.

Second time I ordered from here and both times DID NOT receive my queso that was paid for ! Also want to put pico on my bowl that wasn’t ASKED FOR. MAKES NO SENSE YOU CAN ADD PICO TO SOMETHING THAT DOESNT SAY BUT COMPLETELY SKIP QUESO THAT WAS OBVIOUSLY APART OF THE LIST! Never ordering from here again or even
