I was happy to see that an alternative to Chipotle was nearby (the 2 Chipotles nearest here are in Floral Park & Uniondale). This Moe’s is located in the new Bolla Market/Shell gas station on Hempstead Turnpike, next to the new Heritage Westminster apartment complex. I ordered 2 steak bowls in advance and they were ready and waiting for me at the designated pick up time. Moe’s gives you free chips & salsa with your order, a nice touch. Customer service was stellar – a pleasure to deal with, and the 2 servers were very attentive when I requested additions to my bowl (which I forgot to specify when first placing my order). The food was still warm when I got home, despite the temperatures hovering in the mid teens. The bowls are stiff plastic (base and top) and kept the food warm and separated/prevented from crushing down on each other. Quantity-wise, I believe they are similar in size to Chipotle bowls. The food was fresh and tasty with one exception. The rice was undercooked, which gave both bowls a crunchy effect, which was a disappointment as the rice is a major component of the bowls. Regardless, the freshness of the ingredients coupled with the excellent customer service will lead me to give this Moe’s another try.

My friends and I did a group order on uber eats. They didn’t even put my friends TWO burritos into the bag. She paid 20 something for absolutely no reason. Not to mention they also forgot all 3 of our chips and salsa. Thanks a lot. They won’t answer the phone either so don’t bother calling. The bowl I got was basically empty I could see the bottom of the bowl. This was honestly really annoying we were just hungry and wanted our food. I don’t recommend this Moe’s.

Horrible experience with this Moe’s. I ordered through Uber eats and did not even get to taste their food because my food did not arrive. My friends and I placed a group order expecting chips, bowls and a burrito. They received their bowls but were not satisfied because they were barely filled. We could still see the bottom of the bowl. Paying 20+ dollars yet not receiving the food is a way to ruin someone’s day. Honestly I didn’t receive my food because I’m sure my burrito would’ve been microscopic. I’m disappointed, never again.

I just ordered from here with a group and was severely disappointed. Our uber eats driver arrived with only 1 bag. Of course as we open the bag my friend was missing her entire order of 2 burritos that both came with chips and salsa which were also missing. Not only was the entire order missing, they even forgot the chips and salsa for my bowls and another girls bowls as well. On top of that, bowls were half empty and they were very cheap with the amount of food they put in. Trying to contact this Moe’s by calling them does not work. It is automated and they do not pick up. Never ever ordering from here again. Even if there was a second bag with these items, they clearly forgot to give it to the driver. And we won’t ever truly know what happened because they do not answer their phone so what is the point of even having a number? Never again.
