I’ve been coming here every other week for about 6 months now because I enjoy Moe’s Southwest as a brand and usually consider their food a great value for the price. This particular location gives such skimpy portions, however, it’s laughable. I’m a light eater, and at other Moe’s locations the usual burrito bowl provides a sufficient portion for me to count it as 2 full meals. This location’s portions vary a bit from week to week, but they’re barely sufficient for one meal. They provide less than 1 full scoop of meat in a burrito bowl. Mushrooms are no longer on the menu. Tap water is not offered for free. They have a separate container for water, and when I tried to top off my water bottle from here one time, I got glared down by the manager. I have enough of a sample size at this point to know that this location is consistently skimpy with the portions, and it’s time to start driving further to to other nearby food options that offer better value.

I knew what Moe’s was and was a huge fan of them when I visited Virginia. However, when I visited this one, it’s not so great. $17.52 for a burrito if you don’t have a military ID and the burrito I got was almost cold and just not good enough. Workers seemed they didn’t even care about their job.

Wow. We’ve been going to this Moe’s for a year every few months for take out on my way home from work. We are vegan and have not had any animal products in well over 4 years. Today we ordered tofu burrito, no cheese selected and special note “vegan”… After eating about half , I noticed that the beans looked saucey, like a melted cheese sauce. Upon further investigation, it was definitely cheese.. some melted some not. Currently dealing with horrible stomach cramping. Will never be returning this location and their inability to fulfill an order correctly.

Worst customer service. Whatever I asked for to add a lady put a very less quantity. I had my bottle in my hand went for extra sauce for next to drink machine she thought I went to fill up my glass from drink she came back to me to watch. So so so disrespectful. I already paid otherwise would’ve left it there only. They don’t deserve 1 start. Will never go here again.

The moes from the outside looks very appealing and being in the area I decided I’d go in and grab dinner with friends. Once we entered, we noticed there was no music playing and it seemed very quiet. We had one worker do every part of our four orders.

I use to eat there back in 2016 when I was going to another tattoo shop, and Snap Fitness (R.I.P). When I first step inside, it was like Chipotle but on the modern side. And I gotta tell ya; best Mexican food I ever had.

The staff here is so awesome and accommodating. We came here for lunch after laser tag with a bunch of 10 year olds and tried not to be annoying, but again, group of 10 year olds. Moe’s Branchburg rocks!
