We door dashed this location after having a very bad experience with pancheros in Hamilton. We ordered two burritos which were filled so full they were the size of a footlong!! The biggest and juiciest burrito I have ever seen! Moes gives you free salsa and chips with your meal which is convenient and cost effective compared to their competitors. They gave us three bags full of chips and did not skimp on our side of queso. For being a take out/doordash order we didn’t have high expectations, however they exceeded the expectations and we will most likely return to this store in person in the future!! 🙂 we enjoyed our meal very much!!!

I like Moe’s for fast causal food on the run because they have mushrooms unlike some similar chains. I have been to this location before . Perhaps the management or ownership changed but the food was not bad. I had a chicken burrito bowl with mushrooms of course! They also include free tortilla chips and salsa . The portions are now noticeable smaller. I believe each location is an independently owned franchise. I have also visited other locations and probably would return to this one.

The employees were polite. The food for me was disappointing. The steak was chewy and had a just a overall weird texture. The amount of rice given was also disappointing considering I wasn’t eating the steak. I had bought 2 bowls and a burrito all 3 were made into meals so chips and a drink added for about $4 more. I also added another side of chips and guacamole for a extra 4.99 and they put all 4 ordered of chips in one brown bag which made it a little difficult to divi up. All together I spent $62 here. I’m not likely to recommend or be returning

Ordered Chicken Club Quesadilla via DoorDash. It was missing several ingredients and was made up of at least 50% black bean filling. Tasted really, really bad. Pretty disappointed to have to throw out a meal considering how expensive it was to order via DD.

This has been my first time at this location, and I won’t be back. Everytime I come to Moe’s I get half chicken, and half ground beef, and yet this location refused saying I’d have to pay for extra meat. Not sure why they can’t do half portions, but that’s okay, the Moe’s in Lawrence will be getting my business from now on!

Since my last review, this particular Moe’s has REALLY taken a nosedive in quality. I’ve always said that Qdoba’s, Chipotle’s and Moe’s are the big 3 of the “fast food” Mexican restaurant chains. This Moe’s was a 5 star place, but dropped to a 3. Soda machine wasn’t working properly, when mentioned to staff, no one acknowledged problem. Booth we sat in had a large tear in seat, covered by tape. Service was very slow and was very disappointed in the decline of this place.

Moe’s *used to be* one of my favorite “fast-food” places… But lately, it’s just progressively getting worse. I don’t know if it’s the pandemic, or new owners, or what… But the prices are ridiculous, and the skimping is just sad.
Tonight, my husband and I ordered Moe’s via the app. He got a stack, and I got a bowl, along with the “drink and a side” add-ons. All in all, before taxes it was $40. Add in tax and a 15% tip, we’re talking $50.
This is what I got. I typically eat the bowls with chips (thinking dipping/scooping). This is the amount of chips we got TOTAL. Even when I go inside and order instead of using the app, it’s always extra $$$ to get a decent amount of chips.
If I’m paying $40 dollars for food, I really don’t want to be nickel-and-dimed over chips that cost you next to nothing (and I could keep getting if I chose to dine-in, without an extra charge).
Do better, Moe’s.
