Quesadilla isn’t very crispy if you fill it with fresh veggies. Wish the heated iron were heavier but food’s what you’d expect.
Salsa bar is nice to have, but prefer the chipotle ranch, poblano crema, and chili lime salsas.
Floors a little sticky, but there are plenty of seats and space around.
Burrito bowls are some sort of plastic. Nicer than chipotle if you take it to go since it won’t bleed through the bottom.
This is only my second time at this location, second time having Moe’s in a little more than a year. I wasn’t greeted with their known welcome call, brown guacamole, my food had a hair in it, and when I called for a refund I was told the manager wasn’t in and would return my call in the morning.
I never received a return call and instead made a complaint through the app with pictures showing the “full” bowl with hair. A few days later I received an email with a coupon for a free entree. I don’t want a free entree, I want my money back. I won’t be back.
I’m leaving this review so the owner can hopefully try to make a change. The old days here were great. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and had a unique atmosphere, and the food was fresh and flavorful. I hope it starts going in the right direction and becomes the spot it used to be.
Then she was talking about, “ it’s that time of the month” “what if i’m pregnant” which in my opinion, is not a work place conversation to have with a customer or employee while customers are standing right there.
While ringing us up she then started the price which was roughly 60$ she told us we should have went to chipotle. I’m sorry but i will not be coming back to this location any time soon. I don’t don’t what her name is but ive seen her in there a few times and this was the worst interaction. my girlfriend asked if we should leave but I was trying to give them the benefit of a doubt after the steak grabbing incident but comically continued down hill. In general the food over all was okay but Do better Moe’s
I went to moes around 7 pm last week with my girlfriend. Half way into eating the food, there was a big shard of glass in her mouth. We easily found multiple other pieces of glass in the food as well. We told the workers and they offered more food or a refund.
They continued to serve the same food in which we found glass to customers without replacing anything. I must have swallowed some glass because we weren’t aware we were eating glass until we found a huge shard. We continued to find tiny pieces. I’m really worried and not sure if I should go to the hospital or not.
Customer service has been no help and has claimed they didn’t receive any pictures of the glass.
The place was empty, and the employee working seemed annoyed to even have a customer. I honestly don’t know how this location is still operating. If the front looked this bad, I can only imagine what’s going on in the back. Gross!
The stack was decent. I had the server put just about everything in it. A bit difficult to pickup and eat with so much stuffing. But it was pretty decent. One thing though, Moe’s famous queso is a little on the runny side. I’m used to queso that’s considerably thicker.
The chips are OK. They do not have any surface salt, but they do need a little bit (not a lot) to bring out the taste. It’s difficult to add a bit of salt after the fact because it just spills right off. It needs to be added while they’re still hot after cooking.
The salsa bar has a variety of mild, medium and hot salsas. Nothing spectacular; I’ve been to places that had twice as many types of salsa & dips. Still, Moe’s salsas were fairly good.
Service was good. The server behind the counter was very friendly & respectful.
Would I return to Moe’s. I wouldn’t go out of my way, but yes, if I have business on Nixon Drive.
I was here around 1:45pm, and there were only two other tables occupied. Not very busy at all.
