Girl on phone has thick Spanish accent and can’t communicate probably . Tried to explain to her that an order that came to me on an app was stolen because she said it was already picked up . Great tasting food and I was blown with taste of sauces and the chicken . Soft tender and at hot at right temp. No issues just simply devour the food. Eat well, eat good and stay healthy folks.

I usually enjoy Moe’s, but my recent visit was really disappointing. The food I ordered was poorly prepared and didn’t match the usual quality I expect from this place. The ingredients didn’t taste fresh, and the meal was thrown together without much care. My order came out cold and lacking flavor, which made it hard to even finish.

The service also felt rushed, like they just wanted to move the line along without paying attention to what they were serving. For the price, I expected something much better.

Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I left unsatisfied. I hope Moe’s can focus on consistency and quality, because customers deserve better than what I was served.

I like Moe’s burritos over Chipotle and our local Neato Burritos, as I wrote in a review years ago for my local Moe’s: better price, free chips & salsa, and free guac (OK they have since taken that away). But I certainly do not recommend this location for sure.

I wanted to redeem my Dining Advantage credits during my travel to NJ and I was ecstatic to see Moe’s on the list. So I purchased the BOGO offer a week prior to my trip. On this day, I was all gung-ho to redeem this offer along with my son. We customized our burrito bowls and was ready to pay for the order. I activated the offer and had 10 minutes to show the BOGO certificate to the cashier before it expired. The cashier attempted something but apparently didn’t work so she flagged the manager over. The manager simply stated that they don’t participate. I showed him the address on the cert and that as of last week it was still listed. He argued that they stopped accepting these certificates many months ago. I said but I was able to buy this certificate just last week. And he dismissed me by saying that there was no one right here who could do anything for me, that I would have to contact Dining Advantage.

What a bummer. The cert disappeared within 10 minutes of activation. I lost the cert and he’s not offering any discount to placate his customer; instead he chose to be combative in his arguments. When I hinted that we didn’t want the food, he didn’t hesitate to put the bags away and dismissed us. Truly a lose-lose outcome. Quite a bad aftertaste with this location, especially with this manager.

Good place for a quick lunch or dinner. Main issue was that the water tap wasn’t working properly and was having trouble using the soda machine touch screen. Which makes me think they may not be maintaining things as well as they should.

Ate at this Moe’s the other day and just want to say that the service is great but the food is blah. Not sure if they are following a recipe to make their food but at this specific location it seems like someone who has never cooked before was the one who made the food here. The rice was mushy, the steak was dry, and everything that was put together in my plate did not pair well. The chips were stale and the vegetables tasted like it’s been in the same container since opening. I get the same order at chipotle from what I had here and I can see why Chipotle beats Moe’s. Chipotle has much fresher food so I won’t be coming back to Moe’s from here on out.
