I was at the mall shopping, and since there weren’t many restaurant options, I decided to grab a meal here. Unfortunately, the portions especially the meat were small and lacked flavor. The customer service was also disappointing, and considering the price, I’d much rather go to Chipotle.

First time I ordered here. My 1st order was a steak quesadilla… Somehow it turns to tofu. The stack was steak as how it should be. Both were very soggy and none got the proper grill time needed.

In the midst of a busy mall it’s hard for any restaurant to run accordingly, especially where you’re creating your own bowl at the counter. The food was excellent and the staff were even better. Specifically want to shout out Jesus for making our day here! This man leads with a kind smile and warm welcome with every customer! Moe’s is so lucky to have Jesus! Will definitely be coming back!

The bowl was expensive compared to Chipotle. But they give you free chips and salsa. Quantity was not bad. Taste was good. This is a good option to eat at the food court

I ordered the nachos here and the flavor was really good, but the overall experience wasn’t great. The worker who helped me had an attitude, and the way she put the nachos together was disappointing. She barely added any toppings, and when I asked for more, she put everything in one spot instead of spreading it evenly over the chips. My total came out to $23 for nachos with guacamole and a soda, which felt overpriced for what I got. I enjoyed the taste, but not the price or the service.

Staff member was very helpful and nice. However, it’s kind of crazy when the sign says “get sauced, no cost.” yeah when I got more than one sauce I was told since I also got sauce on my burrito that they were going to charge me extra for it. I have never been to a Mose that charges you extra for sauce. Most of them have it so you can serve yourself. I don’t know if it’s just this location specifically but that’s crazy if they are charging extra for it now.

You can’t earn or redeem rewards here. Also the menu is limited. No tacos etc. you pretty much have to get a bowl, salad, or burrito (Homewrecker style meaning you are paying for guac and all the extra fixings whether you order it or not) I like guac so I was happy. 14.95 for all options. No wiggle room for jr burrito etc.
came with chips and regular salsa as there is no salsa bar. All drinks were $4 and the water bottles cost $5 so opt for a drink elsewhere.

My experience was unexpectedly really good !!! I ordered a burrito bowl, and it was fresh and full of flavors. The portion size was generous and the service was friendly, which is very rare nowadays.

They literally gave me a flat plate of food it was mid tasting and then charged me $17.09 for it. I have never gotten so little food and i weigh 104 pounds. Not to mention the “free” chips they give you absolutely taste horrendous.

The portions was not generous at all. Rude people and not the best service, although the food was good. Just needed more taste on the chicken. Needs better staff. It needs to be a clean station where they have their food located. Also moe’s needs to do more stuff and add more variety and better service
