If you order in person, this Moe’s is great. The food is delicious, they serve you quickly, the atmosphere is nice, albeit slightly dirty. I don’t think they clean the tables all that regularly.
If you order online, however, do not expect the same. I have, on multiple occasions, paid 25+ dollars for a homewrecker burrito with guacamole and extra protein and received a laughably small portion. Online, you will often receive less protein when you pay for extra than you would getting a normal portion in the store. I love this store and the staff is very friendly but the online ordering situation is honestly saddening.
The picture below is of a burrito I ordered online. Like I said, laughably small. This was a burrito with extra protein and pretty much every topping.

I just ordered two burritos through doordash, they prepared two bowls of slop with no wrap. I got all the fixings for a burrito dumped in a takeout plastic Bowl, with a receipt tape to the top of both lids that says burrito in giant capital letters, but there’s no burrito.

Food is decent however it seems to have declined over the years, and the offers have decreased.
Portion size is inconsistent.
I would try them again but the fee to use the app bothers me because I don’t know anywhere else that does that. The solution they gave me was to order in store instead, but many times the line is not worth it.
Don’t add cilantro, because that will be the main ingredient. (See bowl photo)

We ordered the burrito bowl with steak and the steak was the nastiest meat ever! It was cut in cubes and chewing it was like flossing with grissle; very greasy and white strings in it. For $18 I think some real steak should be used YUK! The rice was good though

The food in the line looked like it had been there all day, steak was black hard, disgusting to eat. Staff was completely out of it. Manager was there, just stood behind the line with his arms crossed.

Food is always fantastic and service is great. Mainly get things to-go because eating inside is just gross, especially near the end of the night. They clearly don’t clean the tables.

My husband and I were in a rush after shopping at Home Goods, so we decided to grab a bite at Moe’s. The food was subpar and when we went to get a table (mind you, no one was there and it was 3pm), all tables were dirty! The place was so disgusting that it turned me off to my meal. $41 for a quesadilla and a bowl with barely any chicken, and I threw it out! No reason for this. There were about 4-5 employees and the place was dead! Someone could have cleaned up the service area and the tables! Gross!

What surprised me was the way the redhead decided to scream at the cashier about changing an order in front of the customers.. how absolutely rude.. learn some manners and how to treat your coworkers. And if you are the one in charge I feel bad for them. Ill be letting corporate know how your customer service is . The other 2 women working were very sweet .

I went to this Moes waited in line with my daughter ordered 6 tacos 1 side sour creme and 1 side of guacamole and 2 drinks approximately a 40 dollar order! They turned us away because they said they did not accept 100 dollar bill! It was 4pm on taco Tuesday and they had the change just poor command decisions from Poor leadership!
