We came to town to check out some local BBQ. And boy oh boy we had a great time! These guy’s are legit! What a cool place! I love the full tree style Bar and I love the way they decorated the place. The people here are awesome. We were so interested in the way they do there business that the were happy to give is a tour of the whole place. We were able to meet the owners and everyone was so nice to us. We had the breakfast burritos and we ordered 10 of them. Everyone that we feed loved them! I highly recommend them! Go-to Moe’s get your Grub on and enjoy! So so so good!

Tasty food and excellent friendly service. Meals are $10 – $15 and come with 2 sides, cornbread and a drink. They have Pepsi products and full bar service. We had the Burnt Ends and Fried Catfish platters with the potato salad, cucumber/tomato salad and boudin balls.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. We can’t wait for springtime to come around so we can try out the patio! If you find yourself in their neighborhood stop in and enjoy a great meal!

The ribs are fall of the bones, the wings are amazing, the beans super scrumptious and I can go on and on and on and on about how delicious everything was!!

Fantastic menu, everything made from scratch, and fabulously flavorful. Great out of the way spot removed from the dowtown congestion . There is a small full bar which compliments the food with several varied taps. BBQ competition around that area is fierce and Moe’s is Tops!

Best BBQ I have had in years! Stopped for lunch while baiting manhattan Kansas for the night. The brisket was tasty and tender. The sides were well seasoned and generous sizes. Great location next to Dara’s. We were able to file up our truck and bellies in one stop.

My review is neutral, because it was my first time ordering there, and I ordered this platter and I didn’t really like it… the potato salad was super cold and had like a strong pickle flavor, the mac n cheese wasn’t that bad, the same with the corn bread. The portion and presentation for the price was disappointing.

Was on a job working near here. Stopped in for lunch…and BOOM…mind blown. I asked the employee behind the counter what was the best. She said turkey + Mac n Cheese, and she was right!

Passing through and needed to fill up the car so we figured we would try some BBQ. We’re local to KCMO and I have to say, Moe’s is a great runner up. We got the daily specials and a kids turkey platter. Our sides were beans, potato salad and Mac n cheese. Beans were delicious, I liked the red pepper addition to the potato salad (or was it pimento?) but the Mac n cheese was a little to rich for me.
The daily specials was literally a party in my mouth, all of the flavors paired nicely!

Ordered carry out. Ready when arrived. Box was opened to show me the full slab of ribs I ordered. I thought they looked different, but everyone cooks ribs differently.
Got my order home and was so disappointed. Ribs had no flavor. Looked and tasted like they had been boiled. Almost too tough to eat. We ended up throwing away most of them.
Mac and cheese also no flavor and very dry.
We won’t be going back. Way better options for bbq available.

Fun place. Great local vibe. Nice atmosphere. Staff was very friendly. Definitely will be back. Boudin balls as a side dish, wow. Very tasty.
