A popular place, while I visit there was a ton of ppl. Still the food arrived fast and was tasty. The interaction I had with the staff was very short as you order at the counter and then pick up it there when they call your name.

Mo’s OG BBQ is a fantastic spot for the whole family and a welcome change of pace on the Square, where bars tend to dominate. The food is excellent—honestly, finger-licking good. They offer a solid selection of BBQ sauces, so there’s something for every taste.
The sides really stand out, especially the sweet potato casserole, which is a personal favorite and absolutely worth ordering. One thing that shouldn’t go unnoticed is the owner regularly walking around to check on guests and make sure everyone’s food is good—that kind of care goes a long way.

A couple of coworkers and I were in town for work for a few days, and Moe’s was our second meal during our time in Oxford. We went for dinner on day 2, and everything was great. The lady who took our orders at the counter was polite and helpful. The food was excellent and also picked me up some nice Moe’s apparel for souvenirs.

Moe’s is great!!! I ate there for the first time today and I was greeted with smiles from the whole staff. they were really helpful in telling us about the menu. they also got our plates out very quickly! and not to mention, the bama style pulled pork was at the top of the list of the best pulled pork sandwich I have ever had. the baked beans and mac and cheese are wonderful as well!! Moe’s is a great environment for all occasions!

Delish!!! Best smoked wings I have ever had. I tried my husbands catfish and it was perfection. Crisp on the outside but melt in your mouth inside. He said the red beans and rice were the best he ever had too. Totally worth every penny spent.

Possibly one of the most popular places on the Square! Very tender and well seasoned ribs, good baked beans, excellent collard greens, very tasty cornbread-all in generous portions. We definitely had leftovers!
