The location is good and there is parking in front. The products are fresh and the taste was good. Even though I said I wanted to try a bagel and asked for a recommendation, no one helped me. Being friendly and attentive is very important in the service industry but unfortunately the staff were not friendly. For this reason, I would not consider coming back.

Highway robbery for a breakfast sandwich. In addition, the workers are incredibly rude, slow to make your order, and hesistant to get it right if they mess it up. $15 for an incorrect order is absolutely unacceptable. Horrible customer service, and the employees don’t even know the pricing so it’s inconsistent person to person. Rude employees and poor understanding by the owners of customer needs. Would never recommend.

Ordered a to-go order for half a dozen bagels, vegan cream cheese, and a coffee traveler w/ supplies. I got there 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and it still wasn’t. I didn’t receive over half of my order and I had to ask for the coffee supplies. When I got to my meeting I realized that they did not include the vegan cream cheese which I paid $2 extra for. For spending $60+ dollars I expected more than 6 bagels and cold coffee.

They took away the special requests box in their online ordering system, so I can no longer get what I want. They’ve removed my ability to order a burrito without jalapeños, which is something I’m sure many other customers want as well.
To Moe’s management: If you don’t change it, you will lose a 12-year customer who orders there 3-5 days a week. And I’m sure I’m not the only one.

It was okay, I have had Moe’s bagels many times and this location’s breakfast sandwich bagel was not very good. The bacon was super hard and the egg was over cooked. There was also only
2 pieces of avocado and they were brown and tasted old. For a $15 sandwich, this was disappointing. I ordered pick up at 7:00 and arrived at 7:01 and my bagel was cold.
