I enjoy this Restaurant for so many reasons: Great friendly service, Cleanliness, Fresh tasty food, Attentive and observant staff makes me feel safe, and kind patrons! There is one chef/cook that makes such great food!! I’m sure hes not there 24/7, and other times I’ve stopped for to-go food has always been great- but his dishes and tacos are chefs kiss ! The staff is both equally welcoming, easygoing and attentive all at once! The handmade margaritas are just right, and the queso is fantastic. The patio is lovely, and almost hidden – not near any traffic driving by. This restaurant is located near tall office buildings and I imagine has influx of patrons mornings & afternoons; the evenings can be mostly quiet but sometimes happy hour is lively. The weekends I’ve been are mostly low key and not busy. Sincere and many thanks to All the leadership here, because all of the staff I’ve met over the last year reflects a happy, helpful attitude. Even the people that have left, I recall being great to me! Love Moderno’s great vibes!!

This was my first visit, and it definitely won’t be my last. I contemplated a while about choosing to eat here. I loved my food! The chips were crisp, and the salsa piping hot; yummy! My plate choice was served prompt and tasted delightful. The service was superb; attentive waitress and manager or male lead on duty. When guests started to pour in, the manager(or owner?)on duty did not hesitate to assist. He made my experience that much more delightful. He displayed hospitality and friendly service!

This is my favorite chill spot, it’s welcoming and lowkey. The food is always perfect and the drinks are legit. I always ask for Norma, she’s so sweet! This is a great spot for a solo meal too, if you just wanna vibe out.

You cannot ask for a more accommodating restaurant. The food is great and the bartenders and waitstaff are on point and very outgoing. Plus, if you like to listen to good music while eating, you need to come to this spot.

Great spot! We had the chicken & poblano quesabirria taco special, a cheeseburger & the chicken tostadas. Everything was great! House margaritas are legit. Efficient service and nice decor! The jalapeno salsa has great flavor and packs a punch. We returned the next day for their breakfast tacos. They’re the bomb! We will def be back.

What a cute place! I love their vibrant decor and use of sugar skulls on the cute menu and in the actual restaurant. The space itself has many seating options, including a patio in the back. They also have a semi-separate room with a long table to accommodate larger groups.
I thought this was a walk-up and order type place, but to my surprise, it was a sit down, server brings chips, and takes your order type place. I was very happy with this. I’m not always fond of the walk-up and order type places.
The service was great! We arrived around 5:15 PM, so it wasn’t too crowded yet. The bar is right near the table seating, so it can get a little loud. There was a larger group in the bar area this night, so we had a little bit of a hard time hearing each other at our table. Our server brought us chips and salsa. The chips are a medium thin and the reddish-brown salsa is served warm. Love that!
We had a couple cocktails and enjoyed a delicious quesadilla. Our server was very helpful in making our requests for a combination chicken and beef quesadilla. It was the perfect appetizer to split since we weren’t terribly hungry. It was not only filling, but very tasty! I usually like beef better than chicken at Mexican restaurants, but their chicken was fantastic! I liked the beef too, but I was very surprised how much I liked the chicken too. Very tender and seasoned well.
Drink prices are decent. They make a pretty good Ranch Water. Food prices are good too. Our bill was fairly small because we split our meal.
We will definitely return! The flare is fun, the parking is convenient plus plentiful, the restrooms were spotless, the service is great, the food is terrific, and the energy is good. Really enjoyed our time!

This restaurant is not welcoming. Upon entry, the staff expects you seat yourself. Staff is not friendly and there seems to be more gossip than service. The male bartender seems uptight and defensive, but is also very dismissive when asking for requests. Female servers are not friendly and didnt take kindly to my ask for a regular lemonade instead of a mocktail version. My spouse and I will not be returning.

My first time to eat there. Felt pressured to decide my order while waiting in line. My preference is to review menu while seated. When I saw everyone getting chips and salsa, I asked for some as well. I was lectured about placing the order prior to paying in the line to place the order. Claimed she would bring it to us anyway. Never arrived before finishing our meal. The fish tacos would have been super bland without the pico,salsa and lime. I think there may have been a bad winter in South America and that may have caused a lime shortage. I had to calculate and measure my lime usage between 2 fish tacos with only 1 thin wedge. Maybe I am not regimented enough or urban enough to understand. My apologies for being less urban than required ahead of time. Vote Red.
