Richard’s hospitality made me feel at home! The suggestions for eats were perfectly timed. Thank you! I drove 19 minutes out of my way to eat here for the first time and it did not disappoint! I’m considering driving 60 minutes back tomorrow just for another round of healthy tasty goodness! Also, enjoyed working remotely before my drive back to Pueblo. Super!

Delivery order: Expensive but it was worth it a month ago. Now it’s the same price for smaller portions. 23 dollar salad. Then I ordered juice and no labels to tell me anything. What if there is an allergy someone needs to avoid? So I guess I’m done with Moden market.

Just received my DoorDash order and my chicken is literally pink and undercooked. My son’s kids meal came with two tiny pieces of chicken when it advertises 4 large pieces. His drink is also missing. Another time I ordered here they completely left off the meat from my bowl altogether (which I suppose is better than raw chicken). Super super unhappy with this location.

I’ve had the Urban Farmer twice, now. That is GOOOOOOOD! Additionally, the price is extremely reasonable. The first time I had Door Dash bring it to me. It’s a 10 minute drive from my house to MME. My food arrived 20 minutes after I ordered. The second time I picked it up myself. The restaurant itself is no frills, but clean and pleasing enough. The employee who took my order was super nice. I sat down, and I’m positive not even 5 minutes had passed before another friendly employee brought my order to my table. With that kind of service, there is really no need to order ahead.

Fast food eatery with lots of choices. Spotlessly clean, lots of seating, bright and open. Food is tasty and reasonably priced.
The service was efficient but not friendly. My only complaint is that Modern Market, like so many counter service places, is asking for tips – counter service traditionally is not a tipped industry – and it is highly manipulative to make customers decide a tip while the counter service person is standing directly in front of them.
Good food, nice atmosphere, easy access. A good choice for a quick meal.

Astoundingly shocked at the poor quality control here! I originally ordered the Blackened chicken. The rice in the platter had completely uncooked rice causing pain to my teeth. I sent it back and received another Blackened Chicken with once again uncooked rice. I was offered a different menu item and ordered the most simple item Blueberry Chia Pesto Sandwich and our group ordered an additional sandwich with x3 cookies. We received our group sandwich directly to our table when the Chef asked x1 cookie right? We said no x3 cookies. The chef also mentioned wait did you have the Blueberry Pesto? I said yes and Chef stated they forgot and the ticket system was down. The Chef then took the already prepped sandwich back to the kitchen with the cookie. She returned 5 minutes later to say her boss threw away the sandwich and that the kitchen had to remake our group sandwich order. Another 5 minutes pass and we got our sandwiches and x3 cookies plus a free rice crispy treat. I came home and opened my Blueberry Chia Pesto Sandwich to find NO BLUEBERRY! Consistently inconsistent quality! P.S. Chef also noted that a kitchen staff burned their hand off with a “hell-hole” atmosphere in the kitchen. I had a great experience with the customer service. Some one took my Uber Eats order. Uber eats would not make it right and only cancel my order. Richard I believe the manager, apologized and said he would make it right. He definitely did, he had all the food remade with no charge. Fantastic service and the food was delicious.

Our visit had a disappointing start with the ordering process and staff attention, which didn’t help. The kids chicken plate was a letdown too—cold mac and cheese and dry chicken left much to be desired. However, the restaurant was clean and organized, which is a positive note.

Visited for the friends and family soft opening. First time I’ve ever been and I absolutely was not disappointed. Everyone is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The menu is extensive with lots of clean options and sweets for desserts. I got the Blackened chicken salad and it truly was one of the best salads I have ever had! Lots of drink choices. My favorite is the cucumber mint lemonade! Absolutely a great addition to a burger heavy area!!
