Yea this place is pretty dope, I’m surprised it was a slow Sunday for it. The food was amazing. The atmosphere was great! The servers very attentive. The hand towel was a nice touch to an oath the the Asia Pacific. I am upset that I haven’t found this gem a lot sooner. One thing I would recommend to the place is to discard its chair drapes, neon sign, flooring(tile/wood/brick)and taped up menu and hours. But at the same time I kinda don’t want everyone else discovering this place. Highly recommend and share or don’t share it with others.

My family and I just returned from vacation and we didn’t really feel like cooking, and so my husband recommended we order from this restaurant. I’m so glad that we did. There’s several other restaurants that we’ve ordered from in the past, and the rice smelled awful. Not appetizing AT ALL! To the point, where I’d given up hope of finding a restaurant in Frederick that offered good quality tasting Asian food. So, needless to say I was pleasantly surprised and delighted by the food from this restaurant! Everything was delicious! I will definitely order from here again. It’s been a long time since I’ve had Sesame Chicken and Egg Rolls, so good. My husband had the Salt & Pepper Seafood Dinner and my son had Chicken Wings & Fries. I would highly recommend this spot!

Went here to celebrate my sons graduation. We were so impressed by the atmosphere, I loved the relaxing feel of it. Great food, service, and clean facility. The waiters were nice and friendly. The prices were reasonable and the portions were enormous!! This is a favorite now! the place quickly filled with customers and others picking up take out. It’s in a nice area as well we’re going back and highly recommending it.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing, the music staff atmosphere and food are all so amazing. This place is also very clean which isn’t always easy to find. They constantly check on you and give you refills too. The dumplings here are to die for, I typically don’t like the vegetable ones but these were perfect and you couldn’t taste them in it. The decor is absolutely stunning and I will definitely visit again soon!❤️

Our first visit to Modern Asia and on a busy Friday night with a party of 6. Thankfully, we didn’t have to wait very long. The waitress was great. We asked for a few adjustments to items on the menu, which she carefully wrote down and restated to confirm. Because they were busy, I was afraid it would take a long time, but it didn’t.

Don’t let the standard strip mall fool you. Inside Modern Asia feels like the food they serve! The atmosphere is vibing. The servers are attentive and friendly. The food! Oh, the food was excellent and probs the best Asian in the area. The General Tso Chicken had large chunks of good chicken. The spring rolls were excellent. The plates have alot of food so come hungry! We’ll be back!!! Prices are amazing for the quality of food and service!

I ordered the Veggie Delight for takeout. I didn’t have to wait long for the food and the service was fine. The food itself was abysmal. Vegetables floating in a weird watery, starchy goo that had absolutely no flavor. It looked unappealing and had an unpleasant texture. I was expecting more of a brown sauce that I’ve had at other asian food places, but regardless, what they served was utterly bland and inedible.
