I received exceptional service at Mod yesterday. I wish I could remember the worker’s name, but she was so amazing. She apologized for the wait even though I didn’t have to wait long at all. She took the time to make my pizza and ensured that no meat touched my pizza as I am vegetarian. She was tentative and had exceptional customer service. Very polite and respectful and made conversation. I usually go to the other Mod, but I will be back at this one soon. As always, the pizza is delicious and the prices are great. Amazing lemonade!

I think generally (over the years) the pizza from here is good, I haven’t ate at mod for over a year. but today it was not that good, the workers were nice but did not speak loud enough so I had to ask then to repeat a lot, not a huge deal though. I got the Caspian pizza and it had a whisper of barbecue sauce, I remember it having a lot of BBQ sauce, anyways I ate a lot of flavorless cooked dough, texture was good and it was cooked correctly.

Went in there and stood in line for over 10 mins there where 3 guys working there one cooking and two making pizzas. They where extremely slow. The one guy jumped and helped a girl two in front of us. Then started making other pizzas didn’t even acknowledge any of us in line. 6 people walked out with us. Our order would have been 8 pizzas. I would not recommend the mod in Yakima/ union gap. To anyone.

1st ave location: Guy behind the glass on the line touching our food….. please stop adjusting your glasses in between ingredients!!! Also when you take cash and mess with the cash register, your gloves need to be changed too. You went straight back to the dough to help the next person. You were complaining you hadn’t had a break yet, it was 12:30.

This is the first time I have ever gotten a burnt crust from MOD pizza. The pizza was good but the crust was burnt. The cashier didn’t ask what kind of pizza we ordered, he just rang us up as both unlimited topping pizzas when one pizza was a one topping pizza. Even though it’s only $1 difference it is still a difference.

Stopped in today for a quick bite shortly after opening, sadly before ordering we used the restrooms. There was 1 toilet stopped up and the othe one was absolutely filthy! It was disgusting from the floors to the walls etc.
Unfortunately we didn’t order any food,we were concerned about their cleanliness. Mod pizza,please keep it clean.

Great custom, personal pizza! I’ve never had issue at either location. Today I ordered a couple milkshakes after finishing our dinner. Because the wait was a little longer than they expected, the gal put mine & my son’s initial on the tops of them. A simple, sweet gesture. My son thought it was amazing! Thank you 🙂

I always come here during my lunch break. I work across the street. Pizza is amazing but service is more amazing. Anna does an amazing job at creating the best atmosphere!
