Came here on my lunch break, and stood in line for several minutes. Restaurant was slow at the time, so I just stood there in an empty line, on my phone waiting in silence, until someone finally greeted me and asked what I wanted. Three staff members working that day and only one of them was helpful, assuming he is the manager on duty since he was the only person who acknowledged me but wasn’t the person making my lunch.
MOD used to be one of my favorite go-to spots for lunch, but this location was terrible. For $15, I think I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Food tastes better when staff members enjoy what they’re doing.

We’ve ordered good pizza online from this location for years, but the last two times have been really disappointing. We’ve gotten really skimpy toppings include the sauce, even when we specifically asked for”extra” in the app. It seems to be only this particular store, because last week we ordered from a different MOD Pizza location and it was great. So we’re sticking with MOD, but switching stores.

Excellent customer service. Fast and friendly. I can’t remember the lady’s name with the pink hair but she was just amazing and so friendly and helpful.
It’s always great when you can customize your own pizzas. The pizzas were all fresh and tasted really good. There was plenty of parking, and we went in on Friday, and it wasn’t very busy with plenty of seating in the afternoon. The garlic cheesy bread was really good, too.

My Second time here.
My first time wasn’t so good. I’d figure I would give it another try.
Kalyana was very patient with my family’s needs and made us feel welcome and the pizza was actually good this time.
I’m glad I gave it another try. We will definitely be back!

I love Mod Pizza but this one in battle ground has disappointed me multiple times. Today was over the top. After waiting 30 minutes to order my food and only two other orders in front of us in line, (watching online orders get priority as well)- I received a burnt pizza. I asked if this was a normal wait time and I was treated rudely and was told I was wrong for even questioning it. It’s normal on a Sunday for it to be a 30 minute wait time (and Friday nights longer) all the while employees were standing around. After 45 minutes of waiting i was given burnt pizza. When I said something about it I was told that it was my fault for my pizza being thick, even tho my pizza took just as long as my wife’s. I was told there was no making me happy and the manager was incredibly rude across the board- no sense of customer service or how to talk to customers or leading a team.

These guys are amazing through the rushes and everything they maintain a smile and still keep pizzas flying out left and right. The food is always amazing and we’ll priced. I’ve been back 4 days in a row and have not been disappointed. The girl with purple hair (I forgot her name), Ryan and Corey absolutely kick ass. I will definitely continue coming here.

MOD is my favorite pizza establishment. How can I resist as many toppings as I want just for one price? Even though I have many options to get creative with my pies, I tend to order the same thing over and over, a custom order. Their white sauce tastes awesome, especially with the chicken and some vegetables on top. It’s also a great place to bring food to other people if you know what kind of pizza they’re into.
This particular branch is slower than other MODs I’ve been to. Today I had to wait quite a bit for the larger of the two pizzas I had ordered earlier, which was worth it but also a bit surprising since there weren’t many people inside or orders before me. Service was friendly as usual, and the place was pretty clean inside. It’s the only MOD around Battle Ground, so it makes sense that it’s very popular in the town.

So many options here, and they assemble your pie right in front of you, cafeteria style. Crust sauce cheese toppings, all in any combination that appeals to you. No photo because all I have now are empty boxes.

Phone in orders and online orders has killed the experience. Waited and watched while phone orders were prioritized over in person. Finally placed out order, watched our pizza be made only to be told at the end it would be a 30 minutes wait.
Should have led with that as you now increased your waste.

Took 10 minutes of no attempt of contact from employees for me to simply walk out and across the street to get some Panda Express. BTW, the Best Panda Express in Clark County is right across the street. Worst Mod Pizza I have personally ever been to. Go somewhere else. You have been warned
