One of the standout features of MOD Pizza is the freshness of all their ingredients. Every topping is fresh and flavorful, making each bite a delight. I particularly appreciate that you only pay one set price regardless of how many toppings you choose. Unlike other pizza places that charge per topping, MOD Pizza lets you pile on as many as you want without worrying about the cost adding up. This makes it so easy for my kids to get exactly what they want without any hassle or extra charges.

Another aspect I love is the variety of sauces available for the top of the pizza. The finishing sauces add an extra layer of flavor and customization, ensuring each pizza is unique and tailored to individual tastes. My kids enjoy experimenting with different combinations, making every visit fun and different.

The only downside for me is that I feel MOD Pizza is a little overpriced. While the quality and customization options are fantastic, the price point is a bit high compared to other pizza places. Despite this, the overall experience and the ability to create a pizza exactly how we like it keeps us coming back.

In conclusion, MOD Pizza offers a fresh, customizable, and enjoyable pizza experience that’s perfect for families. The one-price model for unlimited toppings and the variety of finishing sauces make it easy for everyone to get their perfect pizza. Although it’s a bit pricey, the quality and customization options make it worth trying out. We always leave satisfied and looking forward to our next visit!

Well shoot – a well ran facility does make a good difference. This one seemed poorly ran and underwhelming. It was dirty, service was slower than expected with little attention given to details. For example, the restaurant was dirty – pretty gross, really. Ewww. The person making my pizza was polite and in uniform but, when making the pizza, the veggies, sauce and meat was 3-4″ from the edge of the dough. I would describe it like a baseball or stuff was set on top of a round cookie sheet….then dough. One person just sitting on her cell phone on the table in the prep area, unprofessional. Hopefully, things get better but I don’t plan on visiting this location again with any regularity.

salad tastes like fish.

Couldn’t have it in my mouth for more than half a second before I almost vomited.

They’re soda family taste like got some kind of chemical I can’t even explain in it.

After eating there today I don’t feel right.

Paid 4 dollars extra for cauliflower crust and got 4 dollars extra of crust. Toppings only cover 3/4 of the pizza, and they didn’t even put all of the toppings I requested on the pizza. This place is trash, go to the one on meridian where they actually make the pizzas correctly. The pesto drizzle is the cauliflower pizza, the others weren’t bad but they definitely weren’t good either. By the way, your crust Is hard as hwll compared to other mod pizzas that I’ve been to.

Do not order online if you want toppings. I always hit extra and it hardly looks like anything is on it. Sick under the weather in my house so I didn’t want to cook for my kids but I knew better because unless I go in and make sure they do so I won’t be getting it online.
Also I only got two toppings since toddlers are picky but they like lots of olives and one slice had non on it. I wasn’t asking for a lot in my opinion.

Rude employee whom gives the bare minimum of toppings. Like I got a mod size with 8-10 pepperonis, all but 3 were around the outside. When I said something she just ran straight to her manager. Said manager just said she was new and tried to ignore the fact my pizza had nothing on it. Later found out they had no toilet paper and when asked about it, they said ok and then went to the back to never be seen again. Idk what’s wrong with this location because I usually don’t have problems with this location but between customer service (or lack of) and the fact I’m getting gipped on my toppings, I won’t be returning any tike soon.

I rarely ever complain about food or customer service. I’ve always been the type to give the benefit of the doubt and just move on but in this instance it was just ridiculous. I ordered the Dominic pizza which comes with tomato, onion, sausage, and basil. The pizza came out and I opened the box and double checked it and saw that the sausage and basil was missing. So i went to the front and told the employee that the toppings were missing. Her response was “I can put the sausage on there if you want” I said yes thinking that she’d put it on then put it in the oven again for a little bit just to get the sausage warmed up but no she just threw it on there cold. Then I asked about the basil and she goes “we’re “out” but i can go to the back and cut some for you if you want” At that point i didn’t want cold basil along with my cold sausage so i just said no and left. My main issue is the customer service. The correct response should’ve been “I’m sorry we can go ahead and remake that pizza for you” instead of putting cold toppings on it *which i’m sure isn’t what you’re supposed to do* and then make it seem like it would be an inconvenience to go cut some basil that i paid for. I used to work in the pizza industry and we would never put cold toppings on someone’s pizza if we forgot it. Do Better.

I’ve always like Mod Pizza, so gave this new one in our neighborhood a try. I won’t be returning.

I, unfortunately, was rushing to the bathroom within 20 minutes of starting my pizza, experiencing some pretty horrid intestinal issues. This reminded me of a friend who refuses to eat there because she experienced something similar. ‍♀️

Look we all have off days I’ve worked customer service i know it can be draining. It was just me and 3 staff but they were on their phones more than me, even wilder my pizza was burnt. I wasnt about to wait another 20 min for another pizza but could they have waited until my pizza was out the oven before going to the phones? It definitely wasnt busy. Anyway this was the first poor experience so hopefully its a one off .
