My favorite pizza place! Dozens of toppings to pick from, fresh tomato sauce, finishing sauces are a game changer! Try basil pesto and buffalo one, whenever you get a chance. A paradise for vegans and vegetarians. Tons of options, can make your own salad or pizza. Can skip the garlic bread! Cheese options also include ricotta which when added to mozarella takes you to another world.

I ordered extra cheese and got less than normal, pizza puffed up and is soggy. The cooks forgot our order and we had to order it again after showing the receipt. The place feels nice and has good decoration yet not the best overall experience.

Almost every time I come here I ask for my pizza cooked extra crispy and it’s only done 1/2 of the time. Today I picked up my two pizzas for my boyfriend and I to have for Valentine’s Day dinner after work. Asked for both to be cooked extra crispy and when I pick them up they were so soggy it was nearly inedible… such a bummer considering how I wrote it in the comment section & marked for it to be extra crispy on the order.

The lady who made my gluten friendly pizza knew what was up!!! She did a great job and the pizza turned out great. The gentleman who made my bf’s megadough pizza is a wonderful pizza maker too!

Ordered online through app to pick up. Showed up to pick my order and they said we don’t have such an order! After checking system they said sorry we put it in the oven right now and it will be ready in 15 minutes.while my kids are waiting for the pizza at home I said okay will wait another 15 minutes. After 20 I asked the guy and he said ohh not only it’s not in the ovens but also there more in front of you and if you WANT I can pay everything back! Yes, you have to pay me an hour of my life which I could spend with my kids after a long day working also for the sad feeling of a kid who was waiting for a pizza! How much is that?
I go to there twice a week and this is the third time this happened and it happens whenever they have more than 10-15 people! They can’t give service to a crowd, very poor management.
Definitely won’t go again. And yes please refund me for my order which you never fulfilled!

Waited around for 12 minutes while they made the online orders. I get they’re busy, but I would prefer they prioritized in person orders.
Team forgot to add my dairy-free cheese. The lead with pink hair responded with perfect professionalism she is great and helped but the rest of the staff was rather rude about it.

This is a standard MOD Pizza serving up everything your heart desires from the chain. The staff was kind and helpful and the toppings plentiful. Opted to try the “No-Name-Cakes” (Ding-Dong) and they were tasty too.

Ordered a pickup order, turned up 20 minutes after the promised time and it was not ready. Asked the staff and after much searching they tell me they forgot about my order and will get started on it right away.
This is when things took the turn. I politely told the lady this was unacceptable and Josh or Jordan who is taking the pizza out of the oven aggressively comes to my side of the counter and yells at me “ you want to yell at someone yell at me!” I politely told him that I don’t like his tone and don’t appreciate him standing so close to me. Ended up talking to the store manager who reprimanded this person and returned what we had paid for the order.
Got free food at the cost of horrible staff and with my evening experience ruined

One of the greatest pizza restaurants in the area! The build your own is spectacular. I really like their pizza crust (it’s thin and crispy). The after school hours are usually quite busy, so if you don’t want to wait too long, you can order from the MOD app beforehand.

I feel like the quality of MOD pizza has gone down. I had always enjoyed the decent tasting pizza for the price, and after coming back, the renovations were definitely cool to see (not quite sure about the green theme) but the pizza was not quite the same. The dough was soft, indicating that it wasn’t quite cooked fully, and the prices also increased. The staff were friendly as always, but it’s disappointing to see the overall decrease in quality.
