The food, service, ambience and quality at the Issaquah MOD location is top-tier. There are options for vegans, vegetarians, gluten-sensitive people (and yes, gluten-sensitive vegans, as well!)
The pizza and salad offerings are highly customizable.
It’s clean and well-maintained, the ingredients are very fresh. I’ve been coming here for years and highly suggest it. The service is fast and friendly!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this MOD Pizza in Issaquah was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.
The ordering process was painfully slow.. Once seated, the dining area was clearly not being maintained. Tables were dirty, trash was overflowing, and it was obvious why people had nowhere to clean up after themselves.
The restrooms were also in poor shape, with no soap and no paper towels available.
To make matters worse, the pizza handoff was disorganized. The person cutting pizzas was moving very slowly and handing orders out of sequence. My pizza sat there for several minutes while pizzas that came out after mine were boxed and handed off first.
Overall, the restaurant felt understaffed, poorly managed, and neglected. This was not the quality or experience I expect from MOD Pizza.

There’s something so lovely about how Mod Pizza can satisfy any pizza needs in approximately ten minutes. My partner and I were attended to about 3 minutes after entering the door, and we had our pizza in the oven at about 5. The place was clean, and plenty of seating was available, which makes the location suitable for large groups. My party and I built a cheese bread pizza and two BYO pizzas for under $30 bucks. The variety of toppings and sauces makes Mod Pizza a pizza lover paradise. One can create their own Frankenstein pizza without shame, and I live for it. While I may not be a native of the area, I’d recommend this place to anyone. Mod Pizza exemplifies that even a chain restaurant can astound.

Fresh ingredients, baked pretty well, fast and efficient service, decent ambience in the dining room although gets noisy when crowded with kids who come right after sports (not the restaurants fault). My biggest issue: all the pizzas end up smelling and even tasting the same, no matter what sauces you pick.

We love to eat at Mod pizza. You can pick all your pizza and salad toppings. Family friendly seating with outdoor tables under umbrellas. On this visit they had a seasonal key lime no name cake. YUM!!

There are times when the thought of making our own dinner fills us with dread and then we happily remember that MOD Pizza is just up the road. We have our favorites and I REALLY like using the online function so I can think about each ingredient before ordering. Thank you especially for the dairy free options. That has been a game changer.

They forgot 2 of my toppings and added 1 topping I never asked for, as you can see, no ground beef, no balsamic glaze, but they added sausage which I don’t like. Gave me no receipt so I couldn’t call or leave feedback. So I came here to leave this review. Check your pizza before you leave the store.
