Honestly, this will sound crazy, but I think this Mod Pizza tasted better than other pizza places in the downtown Bellevue area. The other more expensive ones feel like they’re trying too hard, but Mod keeps it simple. At the time of writing and after trying four different pizza places in Bellevue, Mod inexplicably is my favorite.

Have regularly order up until recently (last 6 months) . My pickup and delivery orders are almost never correct anymore. Which is sad because I used to give great feedback about this location and recommend it often.
Just ordered today and this is the 3rd pizza in a row that only slightly resembled what I ordered. Missing half the toppings and toppings are unevenly distributed.
The extra ricotta is one dollop on side of the pizza. Disappointing. (in the pic I had to distribute the hot ricotta myself – which is why there are scrapes)

I just picked up my order tonight and went home and opened the box, it’s a big mess of stuff, it’s not a pizza. It’s like someone just dumped a bunch of stuff in and call it that. It’s the worst thing ever. I called back to the restaurant twice and nobody bothered to pick up.

This Mod pizza is good budget and family friendly option in an area known for more costly, upscale restaurants. We got friendly service making our personal pizza and large salad which we shared. My complaints were the limited options for salad toppings – absolutely no beans like kidney or garbanzo (possibly ran out since they do advertise chickpeas), and only a couple of lemonade flavors on tap, which they’re supposed to be famous for (I’ve been to other locations where they had at least four different flavors). Also the trash and recycling bins were not maintained well, totally overflowing. This particular location is on the small side so it’s probably not best for a very large party.

Mod’s is generally quite good in terms of customizability, which means it’s hard to go wrong here.
The ingredients and process, while not the absolute top quality, are good enough that if you end up with a bad result, it’s probably on you
(i kind of realized putting ricotta as the base of half my pizza wasn’t the greatest idea)
They do pizza pretty well and consistently across this chain. The crust gets charred pretty well on the bottom, the outer crust section isn’t too chewy,
and the cheese is consistently melted to a good level. The mozzarella especially was quite good
When it comes to the toppings – the favorite out of the ones I got was the spicy chicken sausage, this was marinated well and pretty juicy.
The pineapple was also good
Despite the fact that it’s unlimited toppings, they actually give you a decent amount for each one you order. You can choose to really fill your pizza up if you want to
Also, it’s very good price-wise. A full MOD pizza – easily big enough for a person – comes out to around $13 with tax. Considering the full customizability, that’s a very good deal

MOD is like subway where you pick your own toppings and toppings are unlimited free of charge. They bake it for you so it is steaming hot when you get your pizza. Highly recommend. This is my favorite pizza restaurant in the greater Seattle area.

I got a mod pizza with unlimited toppings, and it was delicious and good value! Not the best pizza I’ve ever had, but it’s certainly worth the price. Would definitely return!

Great pizza all in all. Very friendly staff. The reason I gave a 4 – the staff who busses the table, scratches his nose and uses the same gloves when filling Pizza orders well, pizza goes to the oven anyway but the process before it gets to the oven was unhygienic. Just a friendly reminder to change gloves when in contact with non-food-related items. I love all of them BTW.

We have always went with create your own pizza option. They were generous with the toppings and the price was minimal as well. The place can get crowded or they could be working with more orders. But I did not feel my order was delayed. They worked fast to keep all the orders going.
