I accidentally forgot to tip online and this location sure let my pizza suffer for it.
Most of the pizza didn’t even have toppings and I asked for extra everything. Never seen a MOD pizza look or taste like this before.
It was just crust and the bbq sauce on top mostly. Also was burnt, and mostly not cut. Worst of all I took a bite of a part that actually did have a tiny bit of toppings and it was the worst taste ever!!! Something horrible that won’t get out of my mouth regardless of brushing my teeth and using mouth wash. Eating that tiny bite also made my stomach hurt and made me feel sick within 15 ish mins afterwards. I have no idea what they did to it but wow!!!
I was going to tip cash out of my car when I realized I forgot to tip online. Regardless a tip isn’t required for you to do your job. That was completely gross and I will never return to that location again!! Ive gone to that location a lot over the last few years. I never had issues before but I also never forgot to tip before. To do that to customers who don’t tip is crazy!! They are still a paying customer and you are still getting paid by the company to make pizzas and represent them.
I’ve worked in food myself and yeah it sucks not getting tips but doing stuff like that should cost you your job. You’re clearly not a good worker and I would fire you if you worked for me. I’m also a manager for a big company so I understand good workers.You represent the company you work for. Instead you made it about you and you not getting a tip. If you were a decent person, I would have went back and tipped $20 cash for my mistake. Clearly you don’t deserve anything! You don’t even deserve your job!!

Ashley is the one who built our pizzas and she was SO sweet. It didn’t even feel like she felt like she was working. She was so reassuring and sweet and still was super efficient!! Such a keeper, Ashley you deserve the world and my pizza was so yummy ❤️

Ordered on the app and got there about 15 minutes later. There were 5 employees, 2 customers at a table, and 2 ordering. Said I was there for a pickup and they said they were just starting to make it so it would be 15 more minutes. Seemed like they had no clue I had even ordered it.
Pizzas are cracker thin and just meh. For the money dominos is a better value, larger quantity, and better taste if you need a chain pizza place.

Came in with no line and suddenly a rush hit, but there were only two employees working and they handled it incredibly well. I ordered a Caesar salad with a small modification, and the employee making it did not skimp at all. He piled it high, happily added extra olives, and stayed friendly and calm even as the line grew. He took the time to make it right and never made me feel rushed. I also noticed they practiced great hygiene, which was nice to see. The salad was huge and lasted me into the next day. Great service, great attitude, and a really solid experience.

Good food good service. They do things well. The no name cakes are really quite good. But I am offended by The pride cakes that they have there. I don’t enjoy going into a restaurant and having political or social agenda displayed. I personally won’t be back because of that not because of the food or the service they all did well but when a restaurant decides to push a specific agenda it’s time to take a stand. Shame on you mod Pizza. Not ok to insert this into our psyche in an attempt to normalize it.

Mod pizza used to awesome. Now it’s just plain foul. Four slices of my cheese pizza had no cheese or sauce. Two of my “design your own” pizza had no cheese and no sauce. A big chunk at the end of my supposed “cheesy bread” had no cheese. My sauces for the cheesy bread were stuck directly into my cheesy bread which is a health violation. I like New York style pizza. BUT the crusts, INCLUDING the bread sticks, where basically the thickness of a tortilla. The manager did credit me IF I called and ordered at another time. Both my husband and myself had raging diarrhea the next day. My advice? Don’t waste your money or toilet paper.

MOD Pizza is generally a bit fast-food, but it can still be done well. The staff at this location did very well. Right from the start, Jess was friendly and helpful, and did a great job making our pizza and salad. Everyone was friendly and just seemed to click. Even during a bit of a rush, they seemed to help each other out, and all of the customers were helped quickly and efficiently. The food was great, too! Highly recommend the cauliflower crust cooked to crispy.

Like Subway, but for Pizza – make it your way! Definitely one of my favorite pizza places when I want something a little more flavorful than your typical pizza. The pesto sauce and vinaigrette are superb toppings. Prices are very reasonable for the meal.
