Called in my order but i dont like the automated ordering it always gets things wrong so i prefer to talk to a person so i usually say speak to a person and it takes me to they’re call center. Well this time apparently it sent me to the store. I asked if i can place an order he said we dont take orders over the phone. I was confused i said i always oder it this way and he said something i couldnt understand him then he hung up on me. I sat for a minute thought about it then i figured out it sent me directly to the restaurant it has never done that before. But i didnt deserve the attitude and to be hung up on. I made my order through the call center and she apologized for his rude behavior. We went to pick up our pizzas and when we got it home it was stone cold. (mind you i live like 3 minutes away by car) all the toppings were thrown in the middle the bacon was hard as a rock and hardly any chicken when i asked for extra. They mess up our orders more times than not. This location sucks the workers dont care they are rude when you come get your pizza. Mabey its because of its the night crew ive been told they are good in other states but this one sure doesn’t make me want to go to another one somewhere else. Sucks cuz i have alot of health problems and could actually eat this pizza with no problems.

I used to really enjoy the pizza from Mod but it has become more and more disappointing as of late. I order online for either pick up or delivery and there has been something wrong with my pizza almost every time. I’m missing toppings and receiving toppings I didn’t order. I’ve even had my pizza completely mixed up with someone else’s. I can be pretty forgiving and not wanting to rag on the employees but it’s getting out of hand when it’s become every time I’ve ordered over the last few months that my order gets messed up.

MOD is a good choice for a quick build your own pizza. They have decent sized pizzas for $10. You can add as many toppings as you’d like. I always do two to three proteins and a few veggies. It’s a great filling meal. The staff is friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is nice. Plenty of seating too.

We were traveling and stopped in to eat at MOD Pizza. The first impression is a stylish interior design, full of local atmosphere, quite professional staff with good customer service. Secondly, the outdoor patio with access on the street which adds flavor to the pizzeria.

Mod is one is the best, how can you go wrong when you choose all your own ingredients?!

Large order with missing items. Out of 15 pizza’s ordered for our office, only 13 showed up. Issue has since been resolved with customer service, but how annoying. Ordered a huge order for our office and had 2 people not get their order. Then the “replacement order” never showed. After 2 hours, I called back a requested a refund for the missing items. How annoying.

Great little chain for personal pizzas. Friendly staff and lots of topping options. You arent charged extra, it’s whatever you want on it. They also have a set list of “styles” so if you’re not feeling adventurous you can ask for one of their many named pizza roping combos. Fast service and all brick oven cooked. Think Subway for pizza with a better atmosphere.
