Ordered a “Mega” salad but got a micro one instead , and everyone watched it get made incorrectly and still gave it to us . (came to 17$ for the salad and a lemonade :/ ) Got chikfila after though so that was good

I got here when they were not busy at all. I was the only person in the store ordering. There were four staff, one was handling online orders and one at the bar. The other two were happily chatting about their lives. The guy at the bar was helpful, but slow. I had three pizzas and I waited way longer than I needed to. Really terrible service

I was charged the unlimited price for a pizza that was double pepperoni with no cheese. I explained that without cheese, this is considered a single-topping pizza, as I am typically charged this at the Gresham location (since they are affiliated with one another). When I tried to explain, and question why I was being charged the higher price, the employee, Lesal, was dismissive and rude. I explained I didn’t think that was fair, she still didn’t address my concern and still charged me. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.

I just love coming in and getting a pizza from Mod. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. They will customize a pizza for you any way you would like. Don’t be afraid to ask them to add to your pizza creation. I often have them add some feta to the pizza. It really makes it taste amazing. The no name cakes are not to be skipped. They have a few different lemonade in house that are truly flavorful. I am getting hungry just typing this. I will be back soon

As somebody that does a lot of traveling I was very happy to have run across this place with my husband. It’s like a subway for pizza!! They have a menu of course, but you can also choose any crusts, sauces, toppings, and cheeses that you want! The staff was very friendly and, informative. Loved this place. It was delicious!!! Will be returning!

So this time ordered from the Mod on Sunnyside and it was so terrible and just gross. It was supposed to be pepperoni and bacon what we got was a cheese nightmare. Do Not Eat there……. So we used to love getting pizza from the happy valley and 82nd Ave locations. However the last 3 or 4 times that we got pizza it was terrible. Half the pizza was missing toppings and a few times there was no sauce and the last time it was just the crust. So I would not tell anyone else to eat there

Placed an order to pick up. I didn’t check the pizza before I left. Got home and this is what my pizza looked like. Asked for mozzarella cheese and I got no cheese. I will NEVER order pizza online again!

This has to be the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had from MOD. Wasn’t feeling up for going out, so I thought I’d try delivery for once. I think in the future, I’ll go the extra miles and go to the Milwaukie MOD instead. We’ve never had an issue there.
The Good:
– Very quick from order to delivery.
– Tasted ok.
– Dasher delivery driver was super awesome. Wish I had had cash on me.
– Not overly priced (if they had had their full toppings)
The Bad:
– The crusts were burnt on both pizzas.
– The small was microscopic. (See picture)
– The sparseness of the toppings makes me glad I didn’t click on “light” on the ordering screen.
– There’s, sadly, no good way to tip the driver unless you happen to have cash on you, which I sadly don’t, and he was the highlight of the order, frankly.
My last order here was in person, and it wasn’t all that much better. At least in person, I can push for a full serving of toppings, though.I love MOD… but maybe I’ll just stick to going to the Milwaukie one. Just really disappointed… and left hungry.
