I I feel like I have to report a pizza crime. Any legal pizza at least the cheese goes all the way to the crust. There was intent, there was negligence, and there was clear culinary indifference. Any reasonable jury would agree.

I recently visited this pizza place and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the customer service. While the concept of being able to create your own pizza is appealing, the experience itself felt uncomfortable.
When I asked to add additional ingredients, the staff appeared visibly annoyed and made facial expressions that made me feel like my request was an inconvenience. Since customizing a pizza is part of the service offered, this was unexpected and discouraging.
In addition, the service was very slow, and there was a noticeable lack of empathy or friendliness throughout the interaction. A more welcoming attitude and better communication would have made a significant difference.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as improving customer service would greatly enhance the overall

DO NOT ORDER! We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with extra cheese for delivery. Delivery guy speaks no English and dropped it off elsewhere. I tried to call the driver at the number given 3 times with no answer. I drove to the person who accepted my pizza. (She recognized my name on the box). The pizza is COLD and not with extra cheese. I called MOD. They said they can’t refund me OR even send out a new pizza. They said even though I ordered from their site, because the delivery was picked up by Door Dash, they can’t do anything. They said to send my complaint to Door Dash. This was my 1st time with MOD pizza, and it is my last. No customer service!

I don’t know how hard it is to screw up a pizza twice, but I’m impressed. We ordered a very simple cheese pizza and received the pie in the pic. We brought it back in to question it, which they immediately offered to remake (kudos for that, you guys were courteous there), but you lose the points you gained by making the same mistake again and then telling us to “order it with extra cheese next time.” Buddy it’s a cheese pizza. Our order’s not the problem.
I don’t believe this deserves a one-star review, but it is a teachable moment.

MOD has been my go to for years.. this location is questionable though.
Pizza was burnt(like eating chips with pizza toppings) went very light on the cheese, and I got all of 3 or 4 pieces of ham on my pizza.
Service was alright, I had to explain I was using a coupon multiple times other than that the workers were friendly.
The inside was freezing, at the most 60-62 degrees inside, colder than it was outside.

Trial n error on what I like and what I tried and what I finally order everytime we come in. NEVER had a bad pizza. Had a couple I didn’t like, but that was choices not how it was made or cooked. AND it means what they say , any toppings, one price .

Colder inside than outside and it’s December 13th! I was told they don’t make the anchovies smaller than how they come. The side salad we wanted, Italian Chopped, was not available, it only comes in large or mini. Other MOD pizzas will make the anchovies smaller and the Italian Chopped salad is available in the side salad size. Won’t come back to this one. I’ll go to Houghton MOD restaurant

I ordered from mod and they forgot to put buffalo sauce on my calexico pizza and boxes were wet which made one of my pizzas soggy. I called and talked to Juan. He was super nice and told me I can come in to replace. I should have checked my pizza when I came home but they weren’t done all the way super soggy and topping were tossed everywhere including the cheese. I didn’t even bother calling again because I don’t want to be a bug and it seems like a reoccurring issue.
