We love the pizza but as new as this place is, it is pretty dirty. We found the one table that was not dirty. Another customer went up and said all the tables are dirty and ask for a wrag. They actually gave her one instead of going and wiping them off.

The staff were very welcoming and the atmosphere was very relaxing. As far as pizza goes it was okay.
The sauce wasn’t too tangy. The toppings were nice. There were lots of options.
The No Name cake was a pleasant surprise and I’d actually give it 4 stars. It was light, sweet and just really simply good.

Overall, I’d never recommend eating here- it’s horrible. This was my first time getting pizza here as we wanted to try something different.
We got 3 pizzas and a garlic bread. The pizza had very little cheese on it, the pizza bread tasted dry and hard- as others have said- it’s like cardboard. The bottom of the pizza was burnt with black spots, and the toppings were minimal.
If the pizza was $5, it may be worth it for our dogs. For $50, it is way overpriced.
Id rather buy a party style pizza of 30 slices at Jets pizza for $70. Barros, Pizza Hut and Papa John’s all taste way better!

They did a great job making my order—pizza came out beautiful, super impressed. Tastes amazing. The pesto base with the fig glaze on top hit hard. Everything was fresh and well-balanced. Definitely recommend giving this location a try.

Encountered an issue with Doordash. Staff took it upon themselves to go above and beyond, comping the order as a resolution to Doordashes mistake. It was an unexpected gesture and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this store. Delicious pizza, great service!

When I first started ordering from Mod’s, it was great, but now, not so much. The price has gone up, but the quality has gone down. I ordered a build your own pizza w extra vegan cheese and jalapeños. When I got it home, it didn’t look like extra anything to me. I just hope that the quality returns.

The service and workers suck. We have a dairy allergy and we ruined the persons day becuase we asked then to get new bacon and other topping becuase there was cheese in the container that were out and my brother is severely allergic to dairy. We got our food and when we asked for extra plates half of them were dirty. The floor and bathroom was covered in toliet paper and other stuff. The employees were eating in the food preping area. The food prepping area was disgusting. Overall this restaurant need to be visited by the food department. The ADA need to check this place out too since the bathroom from the outside is not wheelchair accessible becuase of the narrow hallway.

Higher prices with worse service.. we love MOD Pizza but this last time was not good. For two of us, it was $45. We each got a 11” mod pizza and a salad to share and one drink. The service was not good; very confusing. The people working didn’t know what went in the salad I chose. A lot of confusion. By the time you pay, you’ve already committed to the product so you don’t really get to question anything. I did some investigating and sure enough they’ve jacked up the prices. I thought everything was about $2 dollars more than it used to be, the small/mini salad was $10! We won’t be back at these prices. The music they play at MOD is also obnoxious and way too loud.

evening workers aren’t very friendly, they don’t ask you what you want they just stare blankly at you until you speak 🙂 the dining room is also filthy, over 70% of the tables are covered in trash and there’s quite literally 2 tables being used currently so no excuse for dirty tables :p floor has food and trash all over it and it’s kind of gross.
