I went there this evening and showed up in person to order a pizza. I’ve been to this place before and they usually have rapid service. I think they had a new guy with a beard who said I had to wait for him to make 10 pizzas when there was no one else in line. I didn’t have 40 minutes to wait. The inconsistency for service is not good, but if you can stand to wait maybe it might be worth it. Most people don’t have that luxury of waiting one hour in today’s economy. I walked out this time without ordering

I had never been before but the fact you can chose all your pizza options and they make it in front of you (similar to subway) was great. I will definitely try more toppings next time. Many different sauces to chose from and a wide array of toppings should satisfy anyone who likes pizza!

Compared to Blaze Mod is much better. I like that Mod has a good selection of toppings, and they aren’t chintzy.
However, their crust is tough/ flat. Worse than Domino’s (which is the worst ).

Pizza was exactly as represented, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful as that I am visually impaired. I would not hesitate to say it is a good family atmosphere. And yes they have beer if you’re a beer and pizza person very limited selection,but fresh and ice cold . More of a family atmosphere…

My first time in, after hearing all the great reviews. I really enjoyed it as a great spot to stop at on a Friday night when you’re hungry and don’t want to spend an hour and a half at a restaurant. You stand up at the counter and create your own pizza from all the topping selections for the pizzas which can be a little overwhelming, but the staff was extremely helpful and nice. They gave great advice and we ordered two pizzas with cheesy bread. Everyone was full and very happy with their meals. We will be back.

First time visiting MOD Pizza. Ordered the Margarita pizza and Dominic Pizza. The pizza’s were okay, pricey for a small pizza. If we didn’t order extra meat on the Dominic it would have had very little meat. The taste was ok / good’ish. The best way to describe the taste is if you visited world market – the scent of the interior of world market is what the pizza’s smell and taste like. The difference between the two pizzas was the sausage on the Dominic. But roughly the same flavor and taste. A nice try as a brick oven pizza but not as good as other local brick oven Pizza.
With all the promotional “uniting community” and “for the love of our squad (not sure what that means) and “all the peace and love and joy” signs all over the place, the atmosphere was not a very happy one. The vibe didn’t match the marketing.

Terrible experience at Mod Pizza Halloween night. Hoping it was due to lots of online orders for parties or something. We haven’t been to this one before and hope this is not typical.
Anyway, it took a few minutes for them to even start taking our order is they had a stack of online orders they were also trying to fill at the same time. We ordered our food, paid with no problems at all and then we waited and waited and waited along with a lot of other people trying to stay distanced but clearly also waiting awhile for their pizza.
At one point, my husband went up to check on our order and they said only half of our order was filled as we had 2 small pizzas. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t be just give him the 1st one but he didn’t insist. I later went up, explained he’s diabetic and needs to eat something…finally got his pizza but, by that time, it was cold. It had been over 35 minutes since we ordered.
They then “found” my pizza but discovered that it was burnt and offered to make me a new one. I took the burnt one and ate what I could and until the other one arrived.
Overall, if was a very disappointing experience.

This by far is the worst location. Never clean . Never staffed. Always out of items …be it ingredients/toppings or speciality drinks. And dont you just love seeing empty dishes on the floor while ordering . Employees just don’t seem to care much. They need serious training at this store . I’m sorry but it should be common sense not to take gloves off touch register and then grab the top portion of a drink cup with your bare unwashed hands . Im done with this location.
