MOD Pizza in Gilbert is a convenient spot for a quick, customizable meal. The pizzas are made fresh and cook fast, with a thin, crispy crust and plenty of topping options. While the flavors are decent, consistency can vary depending on who’s working. Overall, it’s a good choice for a fast and affordable pizza.

Pretty decent pizza for the price and it came out really quickly after I ordered and it was put in the oven.
I snagged a side salad as well, not bad.
Most of the dining tables were dirty they had small amounts of sauce or Crumbs from parmesan cheese or pizza I also didn’t see anybody come out to clean the tables for the roughly 45 minutes I was here. That would be the only thing I would improve.

I just visited this mod and regardless of what the food tastes like whoever was making the food was on her phone the entire time. I asked for my order to be well done and the cheese was barely melted I had to have them put it back in the oven. She couldn’t be bothered to even hand me my pizza the other employee had to walk over and do it. This was at 3:15 1/22/26 zero other customers in the lobby. Hopefully the owners teach this lady that regardless of if the oven kills bacteria touching your phone then the dough without gloves is also pretty gross. Won’t be coming back to this location.

This place doesn’t even deserve the time it is taking for me to write this review right now. We walked in at 6pm on a Sunday night with zero people in the building. There were 2 workers – a guy who worked at the pace of a snail taking care of 4 online orders, and a girl wearing pajamas with purple hair and 10 piercings across her face. Neither said anything to us as we stood there waiting to be asked what we were having. Finally the guy working on the online orders asked “how many”. We said 2. Then a few minutes later he asked again “how many”. The guy clearly can’t multitask or remember anything. Finally after 10-15 minutes of standing there (and now have 5 other people behind us), he asked if we were doing MOD sized pizzas….we said yes and specified cauliflower crust. He looked somewhere below and said “oh, our cauliflower crust isn’t ready yet”. Ummmm ok, like is someone making more? Or???? So we walked out. What a waste of time!! No one does their job well anymore and it’s so frustrating. We just wanted to enjoy a quick night out for pizza and couldn’t even have that. This location needs new workers!

This is absolutely the worst mod pizza in the east valley. The owners need to do something about this place. Twice in the past month they have run out of dough and 7 pm. The owners are losing money on this location or it’s just a front for something else. The service is poor at best. I would definitely go to another location.

Very busy for a Saturday night between ~12 people in line and continuous online orders but service was very very slow. It took 50 min for us to get two pizzas. Also not safe for Gluten Free folks who are worried about cross contamination. I specified I had a gluten allergy. The first person changed their gloves but no one else that handled my pizza did. Nothing was wiped down, the same metal pizza pan and pizza cutter was used for my gluten free pizza as other pizzas. Won’t ever eat at another Mod Pizza again.

This place has completely gone downhill. At 7PM they had to close early because they ran out of dough for their pizza. The workers then proceeded to say they were stressed out and couldn’t make as many pizza as there were people in line. Sounded like she just didn’t want to work at all. She was then asked how the night as has been and told us she hadn’t sat down in two hours… I am sorry but this will be the last time we come to this place. I would say save your money and your time.

The pizza was delicious, good customer service, the AC was too cold, other customers were uncomfortably cold too

MOD just does it right. Crust is always light and not too bubbly. Toppings are not seasoned and waiting for you to add the flavors. The variety of toppings are top notch and fresh. Its sit down fast food and the ambiance is fun and relaxing. Will be back again and again.

This store has issues and very likely needs a big change. This is the second Sunday in a row that I ordered delivery with a beverage and did not get my drink, except this time they took it even further and the two separate notes on my order where I asked for Parmesan cheese and peppers, they missed both of them apparently. Whoever is expediting delivery orders, doesn’t really seem to care about their job. This happening once is a problem enough but me drinking water with my pizza for the second Sunday in a row is more than just a coincidence.
