The employee taking our order were great but there was a manager there getting mad at the employee for putting “too much” of each topping on the pizza. Every time I’ve been back I have to repeatedly ask for more toppings the photo is my pizza after asking for more cheese 4 times and them putting a tiny pinch. Manager was terrible employees were great.

I like how the pizza crust is thin. Then it makes it so your not so full. I like that you can order different types of crust. I also like that you can choose between a mini to mega size order for your pizza or salad.

The pizza was great and the kind girl helping us was one of the best this location has ever had. The reason I give this place a 1 is because of the owner. We ordered a cheese only pizza and when the owner walked by to ring us up, he looked at the pizza and said to the other worker by him that the girl put way too much cheese on the pizza and that she needed to be talked to. I then informed him I was the one who asked for that much and I was willing to pay more and that she simply did as I asked. He went on about some standard he has with cheese and how he looses money with orders like this. I told him I would gladly pay more. As we were leaving the register, he said to the other worker “gee, that’s enough cheese on one pizza that would cover three.” At that point we were feeling really uncomfortable and upset. We waited until our name was called and as I was waiting for him to put the drizzle on the top, he said “geez this is disgusting.” I then responded to him that I didn’t appreciate the way he was speaking about our choice and that the girl helping did nothing wrong and that she better not get in trouble for something I asked to be done. I let him know we wouldn’t be coming back if that’s the way he was going to treat his employees. Also, the pizza was marked to go and he didn’t even put it in a box but on plates. Careful when adding the balsamic as a topping. They will dump it on and the entire pizza will only taste like balsamic, even after we wiped off as much excess as we could, the balsamic already soaked into the rest of the pizza. They also placed the order receipt directly onto the pizza like it was a topping.

I love MOD and it’s been a long time since I’ve been but tonight was a joke. We waited in line for about 30 minutes to get 2 pizzas to go. The girl who took our order asked my husband to list the ingredients on the pizza that he ordered instead of looking herself. There was no dough ready so we had to wait and the girl who was working the register was trying to pay for her friend’s pizza but couldn’t get payment to work. She was wearing gloves and proceeded to touch her phone and the register and everything else. The poor guy who was boxing the pizza was doing the work of 3 people and there wasn’t an adult in sight. Probably won’t come back.

I eat here pretty often.. the only issue I have is when I order extra crispy – the crust is still completely white. Where it almost looks like it’s under cooked. When I doordash I call to make sure it’s extra crispy just in case and this time I did and it’s still just a normal bake type pizza. I feel like it would be nice to get a pizza where it has a darker brown crust or almost burnt type spots – just want the bake to be consistent here really and it would be so much better

Our pizza was delicious. I like that we’re able to choose our toppings at no extra cost. We loved dining at MOD in Seattle and so happy to see it in Spanish Fork.
I didn’t have a salad this time, but the salads are fresh and great choices.
The one thing that irritates me is the employees will not greet you and continue to prep the online orders. Big pet peeve! The tables need to be cleaned a little more frequently.

Had a really sad experience tonight usually the team is really uplifting and joyful but tonight I wasn’t even greeted,and i felt like i couldn’t even ask a question without getting a mean stare,I honestly just should’ve left.
i always leave a tip but i just felt so unwelcomed i opted out to; i also felt uncomfortable that the guy wasn’t wearing a protective mask for his long beard an no gloves when making the pizza dough also the dirty floor mats being on the table,both of the guys there were very unwelcoming and i hope next time i have a better experience
