Every time I have come to this MOD pizza it has been a violation of safety
Cleanliness of the environment of which they are making our pizzas in the last time we came here there was a hair on our pizza and now today we decided to maybe just try again not only were the servers rude but they’ve also been putting our pizzas on dirty counters as I show in the pictures below, and when I asked about them, he says that it is mod pizza policy to put the pizzas when they come out the oven on the dirty counter, and when I asked for him to clean it, he says that he shouldn’t have to because it’s policy that they can do that. I’m very disgusted by my experience and the man needs to be fired for how rude he has been. The whole from doordashers to customer we have all been complaining

For several years I could always count on Mod for friendly employees and a consistent pizza. Things have changed. Now every pizza is different—ill-formed crust, too much or too little cheese, unpredictable topping amounts, varying levels of burnt. Drink stations have not been set up lately, even an hour and a half after they opened today. It must be either a lack of training or a culture of “who cares”. I’ve been trying to support them during all the road construction, but it’s no longer worth the trip.

Their food is awesome! And normally their service is great. But… On this occasion… Not so much. 3pm Sunday (9/21), 2 guys 1 of Average height on the skinnier side with longer brown wavy hair in a ponytail. And the second was a little taller than average height I think lighter colored hair he was wearing a hat definitely heavier set he was much more professional. The first guy literally came and stopped at me, (no one has even talked to me yet) stuck his finger out towards my face and then put his hands up in the air waved them, still hadn’t said anything and then walked into the back. A couple minutes later, the other guy came over and asked about my order. He was much more professional and told me he was putting the pizzas in the oven, it would be about 5-7 minutes. Which irked, because their app said everything was done. But, I finally got the pizzas… They still rocked. But someone needs to talk to them about how to deal with customers. It wasn’t even busy… It was definitely an experience I don’t want to have again.

They always recognize their regulars right away, which makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. The staff is fast, friendly, and incredibly efficient — you can tell they take pride in what they do. It’s one of those places where the service really stands out. I have to admit, I was a bit disappointed to see that the price of the pizza has gone up, but that seems to be the trend everywhere these days. Still, the quality and care they put into the experience make it worth returning for.

I used to love Mod Pizza, however, the past few times the quality of the food and service has been poor. Wait times were ridiculously long, and the pizzas were made with minimum toppings and cheese. Even when asking for additional or extra amounts of toppings, an inadequate amount was added. Our pizzas came out of the oven looking more like a cracker than a pizza. It is also clear that mobile orders are valued MUCH higher than in-person diners. I hate to say this, but I won’t be going back.

We were greeted warmly as soon as we entered the building with smiles! Graham and the other staff member Gail explained exactly how to build our pizzas to perfection and they were thrilled to tell us how fresh made the ingredients were each day! We loved how professional Graham looked like an artist painting upon a canvas of dough when making our pizza or like he was conducting a symphony of pizza flavors that was music to our taste buds. The food was amazing! They have options for pizzas or you can make your own and add anything to the list of pizzas they already have! Before you even taste this delicious pizzas you get the feeling it’s gonna be good because of the attitude of the employees and just how they genuinely know their pizza is the best! Hands down most amazing pizza experience I’ve had in Salt Lake City!

We ordered online and got a create your own pizza. We tried things from artichokes and chicken, pesto and bbq sauce drizzle with an order of cheese bread. Our first pizza didn’t have our drizzle on it,, I called the restaurant and they were so kind and replaced our pizza right away & the second one was amazing. For a first try this was a good stop and will definitely recommend again . Place was super clean and staff was friendly and helpful even gave a free pizza for the mistake !

The last 2 visits have been poor and almost the same. No soap in the bathroom. It took us 20 minutes to begin ordering. They only put approximately 2 tablespoons of cheese on each pizza. Out of various toppings. No clean plates so we have to eat out of pizza boxes at the table. Sorry but we won’t be back.

This MOD always messes up the orders and today it was incredibly wrong. Ordered two ceasar salads and a pizza via DoorDash. Pizza was loaded with about 4 nasty toppings I didnt order and of course I got $3 from DoorDash as if that makes up for my inedible pizza. The salads were not the correct size. Don’t order from here watch them make it.
