It’s cool to see that managers like Matt still exists. My son and I came in there on a boys days. He mentioned the free kids meals on Sunday with the purchase of a regular meal. I had no idea and because of that, I’ll be going back on occasions like this. Then the card processor wasn’t working so he told us to go ahead and sit down, brought us our pizza and then very politely passed by our table to let us know that it was working again. Super good dude. Thanks for a great experience. You’re the man.

You can definitely tell MOD Pizza has new management. The difference is night and day. The atmosphere is better, the service is great, and it finally feels welcoming again. It was struggling before, but things have turned around in a big way.

I am incredibly impressed and thankful for the staff at Downtown mod pizza! The workers were really welcoming and kind while taking our order and making sure we were taken care of. Shortly after sitting down, my child dropped their pizza and they remade it for them. We will be returning! Thank you to the two gentlemen working Sunday afternoon!!

Great little shop here to enjoy some good pizza. We don’t have this in California. It’s very similar to blaze pizza. The mini is a great option when wanting something small to eat. Thankfully they dont burn the crust. It was perfectly cooked

First time coming here and will be coming back again. Sam was very understanding of it being our first time at a mod pizza. She explained everything i really was and was super nice and patient. As well as angel cooked the pizzas and cut them with excellent precision. Thank you all so much for this great experience.

I’ve ordered from this Mod Pizza before and never had issues. The employees always delivered as quickly as possible, and did an adequate job communicating if they encountered problems along the way.
This time was not the case. I ordered two pizzas, along with a serving of garlic bread and a soda, at 6:49PM. Tye qpp said it would be delivered at around 7:26. Then 7:55. Then 8:22. At this point, my driver turned back around and went bsck to the store to pick up the food. Not once did the driver communicate with me and tell me why they did not arrive at any if the extended delivery times.
We finally got our order at 8:20(ish). The driver didn’t even knock and tell us our food was delivered, leaving it outside on the doorstep. Not once did he try to explain what caused the 2 hour long wait time for our food.
The pizzas were warm, thankfully, but the garlic bread tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. If I had the chance to order again from this building I would not. The service and lack of communication was disappointing, and the wait time was appalling.

We’ve been ordering from MOD Pizza regularly since they first opened, and up until recently the quality was consistently good. Unfortunately, our last two orders were very disappointing.
On both occasions, the pizzas arrived with far fewer toppings than we ordered. Some ingredients were missing entirely, while others were extremely sparse — for example, just a few leaves of arugula, a couple of tiny pieces of artichoke, and only a few small bits of anchovy across the whole pizza. The result was mostly dough and sauce, rather than the well-topped pizzas we were used to receiving.
It’s frustrating because we’ve enjoyed their food in the past, but after two similar experiences in a row, we’ll likely be ordering elsewhere in future.

Bought a gluten free pizza that looks lawful. No one even tried to spread out the sauce. Their gf crust got gross over time. The other pizza is missing ingredients on it. Awful experience. Will be finding a different pizzeria
