I have been to several MOD locations in various places, and this location was hands down my best experience at any MOD. The staff was friendly and accommodating (Kristie), and the food was good with excellent portions of toppings. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend stopping there when in Lewiston.

This MOD pizza is starting to go down the tubes from the very beginning. It’s always been clean. It’s always been proper and it’s always been happy to eat at now. You go in there. The pain is filthy. All the tubs are still dirty from the night before the sauce has food and cheese laying in it from the night before the bathrooms are disgusting. No one sweeping before they leave at night. Whoever is working at night should be fired. If I was the manager I would read this and I would fire everyone that’s there especially if you have a manager at night

Ordered food on the mod app, didn’t receive part of my meal, food was cold, wrong base on the kids. When I called to see about getting the few issues fixed. I talked to manager Cody who asked if Doordash delivered it. Which they did deliver my food but the order was placed through the stores app hence Doordash couldn’t do anything when I mentioned that he left me on silent and nothing was resolved. If it wasn’t for this “customer service” I wouldn’t have a problem but the lack of care on the order and lack of trying to resolve it makes me not want to do business here again for awhile.

There are so many choices of toppings, it is hard to decide what to use! Every option is delicious. Baked to order, the crust is crispy on the outside but still flexible enough to fold your slice in half. Fun, friendly, and efficient employees will have your meal ready in record time. I go here for the big made to order salad. I get what I want. The garlic bread is fantastic. Ask for extra garlic. Seating isn’t the most comfortable.

I went in this evening for a salad. There seemed to be three people working. All the staff were busy and working quickly. One of the gals on staff tonight kept a conversation going with the folks in front of me. She seemed joyful! The man who made my salad was helpful and the salad was great. I’m glad this place is in the LCV.
