I usually have no issues when I come to this MOD and usually am very happy with everything, except today. I placed an online order for pick up at 3pm since I have a timed lunch. I got to the store around 3:04pm and they had just started making my food. I also had put a note that I wanted Alfredo sauce drizzled on top and I had to remind them about it before they put it in the oven. My food was ready about 3:19pm ish. I checked the pizza just to make sure it was how I wanted it and noticed that there was barely even any spinach on my pizza even though I had asked for a regular portion of it. The guy that was baking the pizzas kindly added more spinach, but I was already hungry, so I asked him not to bake it again. He wasn’t the one that made my pizza and he said he was filling in for the day, but he was very nice and apologetic the whole time and I really appreciated it. I was a bit frustrated though since my pizza was supposed to be ready at 3pm and wasn’t done until closer to 3:20pm

MOD Pizza never disappoints! The pizza was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious—perfectly made just the way I like it. What really stood out was the awesome customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and moved with great energy, which made the whole experience even better. Great food, great vibes, and great service. I’ll definitely be back!

I just left Mods whoever is working 2/10/26 shift at around 4:40 pm deserves a raise ! I didn’t catch the ladies name but I left a tip! Older white lady she was so nice & her energy was top tier ! She knew the menu , offered suggestions and loved my build your own. She suggested getting an account and she made my day I will now only come to this location for mods in the RR/ Pflugerville area . I had a not so pleasant experience a different establishment and decided to give MOD Pizza a try. Upon entry I was greeted with a warm smile from Heather. She quickly took my order and answered all of my questions regarding food allergies and provided resources to double check. The pizza was made on the spot and was hot and fresh. It tasted great ! The attentiveness, welcoming atmosphere and sense of belonging at this establishment has earned them a new customer. I truly appreciate the effort that Heather and other staff members put into making this an enjoyable experience.

They offer standard pizza and salad choices but you’re better off choosing a crust and then selecting from a wide choice of ingredients. You can do the same if you want a salad instead. Their dessert cake is similar to a Ding Dong. Not bad.

We eat here several times a month. I have always been very happy with their food and service. While all the employees have been very polite and accommodating. I have to admit that my favorite is Hailey. My son calls her pizza goddess. She really does a great job of evenly spreading out the ingredients even to the edge. Service for the smile. The bathrooms have always been clean. The management set a good standard. I would highly recommend to anyone.
