I would compare this to a subway but for pizza. I did love the Lucy sunshine pizza. The prices were ok. The efficiency in ordering is weird. With one guy calling numbers and finishing with special sauces on top of the pizza, he forgot the pesto and I had to go back to get it.

Got here and one male at the front had just started making an online order of 3 pizzas. 3 mins into us being there the 2nd guy says he’s going on break all the while we are standing there watching the 1st guy make the online order. So the other guy goes on break I’m assuming and there ends up only being the 1st guy working left making the online order while we wait till he was done making them so we can finally order. Then they don’t listen. He asked if it was to eat here or to go. I said to eat here. He still packed it to go. Then he asked me if I wanted my dressing inside salad or on the side. I said inside. He gave it on the side. I asked for two protein. Only gave me one. This Mod pizza sucks. They don’t listen. I had to mix my dressing myself.

Captain Nick provided exemplary customer service – doing a fantastic job running the front by himself. Nick is obviously well trained & experienced. There was a nice assortment of fresh pizza ingredients. Nick was noticably polite, patient & professional as he constructed 2 pizzas to my specifications. They were both very tasty & satisfying. I also got MODs rendition of a Ding Dong which is a great way to finish a meal. My one suggestion is in regards to their leafy salad ingredients looking a bit wilty. Ever tried having a mini fridge up front for ingredients best kept chilled? &/or an airtight container? That asside, I really enjoy MOD Pizza’s pizza & will be back due to Nick’s fantastic customer service.

Pizza is great yet be very specific if you want a little more sauce for takeout orders. Good crust, cheese and toppings just need more sauce. To be clear we did request more sauce as an option on line on our 2nd takeout order yet it was the same minimalist amount we got the the 1st time. I’d still highly recommend the place.

Great pizza in 3 sizes, one price (very reasonable) for as many toppings as you want, 2 baking options. Ordering on line and pickup is fast and easy. Ready when stated. Very good for families who all like something different!!!…..AND they have anchovies for ME!! Yum! Try it. You’ll like it!

Totally enjoyed our lunch ! Staff was super friendly and just awesome overall giving us advice on what was their favorite was when asked. Our pizzas were made perfectly to our liking. I requested extra cheese on my pizza and it was delicious. We visited during lunchtime. It was a little busy but fast flowing. Plenty of seats. If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely be stopping by.

This place is going downhill. The last few times I have been here, they just put the pizza in the oven and don’t turn it like they should. I order extra crispy and one side is cooked and the other is not. For this price they should serve much better pizza. Very disappointing lately….

We decided to finally try this MOD Pizza location and we feel silly for not trying it sooner.
Despite the staff being young they were doing a good job keeping up the orders.
Our pizzas were prepared freshly and tasted great. Much better than the other options available in Hutto.
The only reason we didn’t give them 5 stars is due to there being an obvious staff shortage causing them to be behind cleaning the tables and keeping the supply of straws and utensils properly filled.
Despite that we will definitely be getting pizza from this location again.
