We loved, loved going to Mod we took people here that never heard of it just to show them how awesome it is, about 5 years later and oh how the mighty have fallen. Walk in the young man making/pressing the dough has a beanie on but strategically has some of his long hair coming out the front of it, I guess to look cool, mission failed. As usual its not clean in here tables are sticky, as per usual. Cheese and other food scraps in the chairs. Second half of dinning room closed off before we got here at 7pm, in theory to clean less at close. Mystery spill/leak but no worries there are ten rags on the ground. The hair offender cut pizza, and handed lids from the back, shelves were out in dinning, no gloves and picked up the broom to sweep as well. Juice containers do not look clean either. IF I am brave enough to go to Mod again it will be on 281 never Vinyard again.

Fast,great pizza service at a very reasonable price. The make your own toppings is a great feature. Nice staff. The only negative is if you’re eating in, the restaurant is cold because door is always opening. You can also order from home pick up the pizza.

I ordered MOD Pizza on DoorDash on March 27th around 7:20 PM, but my order was missing the Mike’s Hot Honey I paid for. Having worked at MOD before, I get that things can get hectic especially on a Friday night when it’s raining, but after reading similar reviews, it seems like it’s a recurring issue at this location. The pizza itself was decent—I tried ricotta with pineapple, Canadian bacon, and mozzarella, which was interesting, but I prefer it with just the hot honey for that perfect sweet and spicy kick and without the ricotta. The salad, however, was disappointing—only about four croutons and a weird taste. If I ever go and visit in person, I hope they do better with accuracy on condiments and extras.

MOD Pizza was just the place for me! I went in not sure of what to expect or order. The workers behind the counter made that choice super easy! Great Customer Service! So Friendly! I ordered a mod sized pizza half smoky bbq chicken and half Dominic (white sauce with a few other ingredients) and I also customized and added ingredients! My Wife had Mad Dog Mod Sized with added veggies! We opted for a order of garlic cheese sticks (bread) and I included a mod sized create your own salad ! To drink I opted for the lemonade and unsweetened tea! I put a splash of blackberry lemonade as well! Everything was delicious ! Awesome experience and great location! Great concept! I highly recommend!

Awesome place to bring the whole family in a budget!! The pizza was cooked to perfection and made to order for under $10 which was amazing.
We also ordered a pitcher or beer and dessert for a family of 5 and it was all less than $50. Will definitely be going back here when we are craving a good pizza.

I have to start by saying that I love Mod. Fast pizza? Yes please. Loads of toppings all for the same price? I’m in. I get to watch my pizza be made? It’s a blast! AND it tastes good? Oof, yes yes yes.
That being said, my most recent experience was unacceptable. I walked in a little bit after 10p (this store closes at 11p on Fridays). As usual, my girlfriend and I walked straight to the counter to order, but the service was a no-show. Literally. We stood there for 10-15 minutes and no one came out to take our order. We saw people multiple employees in the back as well as one cleaning the lobby, but no one stopped to take out order, tell us they would be right with us, or even tell us they weren’t taking anymore orders.
This one-off instance won’t stop me from ordering Mod to deliver in the future, but it will certainly deter me from going in-person and is a significant customer service mistake by the employees who worked the evening of 9/13/24.

I love MODS but my last two pizzas have been burnt on the edges/ingredients and the delivery service did not deliver the soda. Just opened the cheese sticks…burnt and no sauce.
12/16/2021…well I ordered delivery again after months of not eating at Mods….and they did it again! It was burnt worse….maybe they don’t care what they have delivered? I guess that was my holiday suprise???

“Subway.. but for pizza.” -my friend. I LOVE it! First time coming here, definitely not the last, either. Staff was super helpful, welcoming, and definitely knew what they were talking about. Lovely dining area, great selection of drinks, and even some fun music to set the mood for a great night. Awesome!!
