WOW this was an exciting taste bud experience with unlimited customization options and all of them were stellar. I went with a base meat lovers and have my chef full creative freedom beyond that too surprise me with their favorite additions and they did not disappoint. The food itself is actually good and has a lot of potential, which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one. Unfortunately, the cleanliness really takes away from the experience. The inside dining area looked dirty, and the outside area was also not well maintained. When a place serves food, cleanliness matters just as much as taste. If they improve how clean the restaurant is, this could easily be a much better spot.

This place is really great. They have a dedicated staff member who cleans the whole time you’re there, so the floor and tables were clean, even on a busy Friday night. The pizza is terrific. Staff is engaging, which makes the wait not so bad. Portion sizes are on point. The kids love the playground in the back, and the outside patio is dog friendly! What more could you ask for?

This is not a minor mistake—it reflects extreme carelessness and a complete disregard for food safety and customer trust. Such unhygienic practices make this location unsafe for vegetarians, vegans, and anyone with food allergies. If basic dietary requests cannot be respected, it raises serious concerns about their overall kitchen standards. Unfortunately, this appears to be a recurring issue across many MOD Pizza locations, indicating a systemic problem rather than an isolated incident.

I have been coming to this MOD location for the past 6yrs and over time it has really gone downhill. The facility and the bathrooms are filthy. Don’t get me wrong, the food is delicious and the customer service used to be great. In the past year or so the employees have been super slow, careless and not customer service friendly! I really hope they improve, because the pizza is great but I avoid it now so I don’t have to deal with the staff and the dirty environment!
