First time customer and I will be back! I visited the MOD Pizza location in Pasadena, Texas.
Located in an easy to find retail shopping center off of the Beltway.
Restaurant was very clean. Service was impeccable. Staff person took his time to explain the process for ordering. A myriad of toppings, sizes, sides, dine-in or take out.
I decided to stay and enjoy my pizza (with intention to take 1/2 home for later).
That didn’t happen since I ate it all except one slice. Beverage offerings (self-serve) were excellent as well.

I’m a huge fan of wood fired/brick oven pizza, and I have always felt that MOD is a terrific option in that it not only offers so much in terms of customizations, but that it is also very affordable.
This location has always been clean, the staff friendly, and the food speedy. Even during peak hours you will find a place to enjoy your meal, and you can get in and out in a timely manner.
There’s plenty to choose from in terms of pizza vs salads, toppings, sizes, drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic), etc.
Some tips:
There are plenty of signature pizzas to request, but I would build your own. You could start with a signature pizza and add to it. Also, when you pick up your pizza you can ask for a drizzle of pesto or balsamic. Or if you want a side or two of ranch, they will hook it up. Lastly, consider joining their rewards programs for deals, points, and a free no-name cake on your birthday

I should have tipped better. We went around 8 and there were 6 of us.
The food was as expected. Good, as usual. But the team there was great. Typically when you tell another location that it’s multiple pizzas at a time they get a little upset or frantic and frustrated. They served us with a smile and were extremely nice.

I took the kiddos here as one of our outings before school starts next week. They live making their own pizza. The staff was amazing helping the with making a decision. The place is well kept, clean, kid friendly, and very laid back ambiance. We will be come back to this location. A tad bit better experience in the one in my area which I’d love too.

Excellent customer service and delicious food. We had a group of 20 so we placed our order on the app prior to us arriving. You are able to add a name for each pizza which made the process giving everyone their pizza easy. This is a great location and I highly recommend

I go here consistently when I want to eat a hearty meal that I can feel good about! The custom aspect of the pizza ensures that the food doesn’t upset my stomach due to health issues, and their dairy free cheese makes indulging in an entire MOD pizza even easier!
