All great things about this place
But, ONE STAR for hygiene.
I wish their staff ALL wore gloves or changed gloves often. The ones in the front that assemble the pizza wear gloves and change them often when they touch something not in the cold storage food trays… but the person that is on the oven MAKING the pizzas never wears gloves no matter who.
They TOUCH your pizza with their BARE hand /fingers to slide it off the lil metal dough tray into the oven! I’ve seen it multiple times on many random different staff.
They grab your dough to get it off into the over, then they touch the handle of the pizza peel, next touch the sauce bottles, door handles, take out the trash, push big bins on wheels outside bare handed, then back to touching everything else to go on and touch another pizza to put in then oven.
I love that place but the oven person needs gloves AND change them often. (Gloves mean nothing if you touch everything again with them on)
I can only hope the fire from the oven kills off germs
Good food, great staff! It’s always inviting and they do a great job with their systems and how they help their customers. Ordered pick up and ate dine in more times than I can count! Love it there!

I ordered pickup for my co-worker and myself today. I was looking forward to my salad, especially because I like the Tomato Vinaigrette that comes on it. I drove the 15 mins to the store to pick up our food, and was greeted warmly, asked if I was there for a pick up order, and asked my name. I was then handed my order personally and informed that the utensils, napkins, and drinks were in the bag with my food. I was pleased with my experience, and happily walked out the door and drove back to my office with food in hand. Only once I sat down with my coworker and began opening up the food did I come to the devastating realization that my salad was missing the dressing. It wasn’t in the bag, it wasn’t in with my coworker’s pizza, the dressing that I was so looking forward to was entirely missing. To say I was distraught would be an understatement. Did I call the store and let them know? No, I did not. Did I call my boyfriend and have him bring me store-bought dressing that I waited an additional 45 minutes for? Yes, yes, I did. Will I be back to this store for more salad and pizza in the future? Absolutely, I will. The staff were lovely in my brief interaction, and I’m sure the missing dressing was an accidental oversight caused by the lunch rush.

First time eating here and the employee was helpful and explained everything to me. Place was really clean. Great atmosphere! Great customer service! 5-Star pizza! Only complaint was it was really cold inside and I didn’t bring my sweater so as you could imagine I didn’t get to enjoy the delicious pizza as much as I would’ve loved to.

Great pizza place. Sizes are perfect. You could order one per person or split one if you’re not that hungry. If you don’t know what you like, you can choose one of their signature pizzas. If you like to make your own, they have many toppings, cheeses, and sauces to choose. It’s clean and the staff is nice. Service is quick and easy. Very organized. Love this place.

We stopped here after my son’s baseball game. My husband & I both ordered 1 MOD pizza each. It’s an 11 inch and was filling. My teenager, on the other hand, seems to have a bottomless pit for a stomach, lol, so he ordered 2 – 11 inch MOD pizzas. For it being a weekend, the line moved quickly. Food didn’t take too long either. Employees were friendly. Plenty of parking. This is the 3rd MOD pizza location we’ve visited. We’ve been to one in the Woodlands and one on Louetta. So far, good food + good service seem to be present at all locations. I don’t think you can go wrong with having MOD pizza .

This was my first experience with Mod Pizza, and I was VERY happy with my experience. I did a curbside pickup, and the employee that answered the phone when I arrived was so sweet! She informed me that my pizza was still in the oven and verified my vehicle. I only did 4 stars for the atmosphere because I didn’t actually go inside, but my experience with curbside was fabulous. I love that you can put as much on your pizza, and the price stays the same. They even have vegetarian options! I will definitely be coming back. I love that the crust is crunchy and tastes homemade.
