Had a great lunch today at the MOD Pizza on San Felipe in the Galleria area. The mini pizza was perfect for a quick weekday lunch — fresh ingredients, hot and delicious, and made exactly how I wanted it. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I was in and out in under an hour. Best of all, it was under $15, which is hard to beat these days. I even earned rewards on my visit. Definitely a solid go-to spot for a fast, tasty lunch.

The MOD staff at the Tanglewood location are great. CK, Zack, and Dre make sure your pizza looks like artwork. I love the way Kalia (manager) walks around and greets patrons to make sure everything is good. Zack’s personality really livens the restaurant up! I forgot to mention that the pizzas are amazing, especially for the price.

For my first time visiting this pizza establishment I was very impressed. It’s a simple concept. You choose the size of pizza you want, and then you choose the toppings. Amazingly there is no extra charge for extra toppings. Everything seemed very fresh and was very tasty. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome for it being my first visit. It is pretty busy at lunch as you can expect since it is in a business area. All in all it was a very good dining experience, the pizza was delicious, and I will be going back.
