I haven’t been to a MOD pizza in a while. My friend was hungry after we shopped at TJ Maxx at the Plaza on Richmond mall. Food was so delicious. Drink station needed some TLC. That’s all.

Of all the Mod Pizza locations I’ve been, this one impressed me! The staff we’re friendly and greeted us. They prepared the food efficiently and with care. And when the soda machine wasn’t working, they promptly provided a bottle drink. Great fast meal experience.

Pizza was delicious! The cheese was really stringy (if some people like that then this is perfect for you) and the wide variety of ingredients was great! Would love to see sundried tomatoes hit the list someday though. The service was okay and the atmosphere was good.

Love getting on the go food from here, and I appreciate that they have gluten free + dairy free for my allergies. They are a bit skimpy on the cheese though! Considering it’s $16+tip, they should go to the edge with cheese (especially since crust is super thin b/c GF). Cheese me up!

The customer service here is shocking. I called to correct a mistake on my online order, and the lady on the phone told me to cancel it myself. When I explained that the website doesn’t have that option, she just said ‘Fine, I will cancel it’ and immediately hung up in my face.
When I went to pick up my new order, I simply asked for confirmation since I never received a cancellation email. She acted like she didn’t understand me. Then a male employee stepped in, rudely said ‘you don’t need a confirmation, the money will return,’ and literally turned his back on me and walked away. Completely disrespectful.

I was really hungry and was looking for a MOD pizza nearby and on route. The GPS brought me back to this location and I’m NOT regretting it now! Staff was different and great. Pizza was amazing. The only concern I had was the excessive fruit flies in the main restaurant and food area. Other than that, great service!

The worst I’ve ever been to: cross contamination of food, kept the same gloves on after cleaning or wiping down counters and while not assisting any customers for an extended of time, so distracted that my pizza was given to me undone, came back to have it reheated and they heated it with the paper -the paper was burned and baked to some parts of the bottom of the pizza. I came back to have my pizza remade, the person I spoke to looked at me confused, so I began to explain why. She rudely did not allow me to complete my sentence and retorted, “I don’t need to know, I’ll just make it” then she rolled her eyes. The pizza was remade with 50% of my contribution of how I wanted it -they were just dumping the toppings on it. Even better – they didn’t cut the pizza. Absolutely terrible!

The pizza was amazingly delicious!! This was my first time here and I’ll definitely be back! The employees were friendly and fast, and the prices aren’t too bad. The small pizza is called the mini and it’s about 6 inches, and the one with the missing slice is the Mad Dog mod – basically an 11 inch meat lover’s pizza. And the best part??? They don’t charge per topping!!! The price you see is what you pay, and you can put as many toppings on as you want, the price doesn’t change! Love it!
