If I could give them 0 stars, that’s what I would give them. They need to train their staff properly. Today I ordered a salad, and when I told her I should mix it, she rudely told me, “That’s not what I’m supposed to do. Do you want me to do it with my hands?” I told her, “No, always use tongs, that’s it.” She went and asked another girl, came back rudely, and didn’t do it properly. She used her hands to mix it. Honestly, I don’t know why I paid. Here’s the receipt because I couldn’t see her name.

Me and my husband love this location , its been perfect since we moved here !! We always dine in its nice !!
They have outdoor seating too and it is shaded by their building so pretty and they have delicious sweet tea and lemonade its always cold you dont even need ice , we love this place cant wait to go back its so delicious and freshly baked and hot super yummy , I get full off 1 self pizza so yummy they have so many toppings its wonderful Staff never gives us problems such patient ppl because we do request a lot of toppings lol

When we walked in the door, we were greeted with, “welcome in;” however, though there was only one couple waiting for their food, and we were the only other customers in the whole restaurant, the girl behind the counter did not even acknowledge our presence. She worked in front of us on what we assumed were online orders, (with AirPods in her ears) and did not say anything to us for a full five minutes.
The food was delicious, though, and I discussed with the manager regarding the situation.

It’s important that a distinction is made here: First, this place has gone downhill. The staffing, cleanliness, and service have all gone downhill. But, it’s certainly not the fault of the three overwhelmed and overworked young people trying their best to keep the doors open. Mistakes were made on individual pizzas, we were charged for a pitcher of beer instead of one beer, and one pizza (in our group of 8) was simply lost. It was later found in a to-go box. It appears this franchise is struggling to staff these locations, and the product and experience for customers is suffering.

I came in Sunday night with my little one, and Anya and Emily were killing it. They were extremely pleasant and didn’t get flustered with the long line before the backup showed up. Anya understood cross containmation and made sure she made my vegan pizza first. Emily checked us out all while cooking pizzas like a boss. This location, like many places, it’s obviously understaffed, but these ladies kept smiles on the whole time. I look forward to returning.

First but DEFINITELY not the last time I am visiting this restaurant. I loved that I could have my pizza my way without being charged and arm and a leg for it. The pizza was DELICIOUS and baked to perfection. I usually like a pan pizza but their thin crest was just perfect!!!! I am VERY particular about lemonade and I wanted to get a gallon jug to take their lemonade home Plus side……I didn’t have to wait 30min or more for delivery

Slowest location I’ve ever been to. Literally took 15 min to make 4 simple pizzas. (2 simple Kids meals) Not very sanitary either. Tables dirty. They place a silver number stand on TOP of the pizza you’re about to eat.. which is gross. Lady used her bare hands to slide the pizza in the box. Won’t be back to this location.

The double dough pizza was delicious! It was my first time trying this crust. Much better than the regular crust. I was a little underwhelmed by the service though. The woman wasn’t friendly and had a low grade attitude. I also didn’t feel she was dressed appropriate for work. Based on her appearance and presence, she should not be the first face that customers encounter. Mind you, the place was EMPTY! I need better customer service.
