My husband ordered, not me, so I didn’t get to see if the people were truly disorderly like the reviews say, but as per what my husband said, the place was fine and decently clean. We sat outside and multiple times a worker came out to check and do trashes, so props to him for making sure the trashes were emptied. The tables outside were gross, uncleaned and — I know this isn’t their problem– but the moment I opened my pizza box we had 8 flies starting a war for our pizzas. Our pizzas were very good.

We got here with over 2 hours until close. They are out of many ingredients, mozzarella included, the drink station and counter is covered in spilled drinks and trash, nearly half of the tables are dirty, there are dishes overflowing in the dining room, trash is EVERYWHERE, pizza ended up burnt, employees won’t stay out front leaving customers standing at the counter waiting to be acknowledged. 4+ groups of people have left in the 15-20 mins we have been here. As we waited, we read the reviews. I am so disappointed that I did not read the reviews first. Apparently this is an issue. What a waste of nearly $40. We ordered two pizzas and cheesy garlic bread. There was only cheese on half of the garlic bread, there was minimal sauce on both pizzas and the garlic bread and one of the pizzas were burnt. So disappointing.

Let me start off with, I have loved every Mod Pizza location I have previously visited. I went to the Fort Worth Alliance location recently, and for the 1st time, had a negative experience. We were behind a family who ordered, and the two workers helping them did not know how to make the pizzas the family had ordered. I thought maybe it was a fluke, but when me and my wife went to order, my wife ordered a pizza listed off their menu, and sure enough, the worker did not know how to make it and started off with the incorrect ingredients. My wife had to advise what went on the pizza. Before I could order my pizza, the worker had already placed garlic sauce on the dough, but I had not stated what sauce I wanted. When I stated I wanted another kind of sauce, the worker just placed that sauce on top of the garlic sauce I did not order. During our order, a worker was still making a salad for the family in front of us, and came to the people behind us and asked “Excuse me, can you tell me what comes on a Caesar salad?” That, was kind of scary. Back to our pizzas, mine was slightly burned on the bottom, and due to the garlic sauce below the sauce I had ordered, when I wen to eat my pizza, the toppings just slid off. The wife said her pizza was undercooked. Our garlic cheese bread that we also ordered was pure garlic in the center. It was just a bad experience. I understand the workers were new employees perhaps, but there should have been an experience worker helping them.

First time not ordering online. How come none of the ingredients are labeled behind the counter?? In some cases (especially between greyish brown meats) I have no idea what I’m looking at as the person behind the counter stares blankly into my soul. When asked, I was given the I-Really-Dont-Want-A-Complicated-Order tour, showing me just the basics. I also didn’t want to play 20 questions, so in the end, I ordered an underwhelming pizza that wasn’t as good as when I order online. They were also missing pickled ingredients, which made them a next-level pizza joint.

I ordered ONE cheese pizza online 20 minutes before heading to the store. When we went in to pick it up, the pizza wasn’t even in the oven yet!

Way better than pie 5. Good service and good quality pizza. Very consistent. I can’t stay away from this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food is great and the atmosphere is good but can be better with a little clean up. This location seems to be extremely understaffed but might be that the employees have no urgency. Plates piled high in the dirty dishes bucket by the trash and tables had food still on them.

Mod Pizza is always a favorite. Working on this side of town Friday and stopped in for lunch. I’m a creature of habit and the Mad Dog + mushrooms and bacon is my favorite.

This used to be my one of my favorite pizza restaurants, but my most recent experience someone didn’t understand what half pepperoni meant, and they spread the pepperonis around the edges of the pizza. Additionally, they were super backed up and cooked pizzas were left out and cold. Me and my partners pizza was cold when we got it and we waited over 20 minutes to get it, even after it had been pulled out of the oven.

An upgrade to the styling of Pie Five Pizza with more of a family restaurant but without the wait staffs. The menu was well organized and simple. The staffs were nice and greeted us as we step up to order. The salad was plentiful for two people. We order the bigger portion pizza and it was big enough for two people to lightly share. Nothing special about the pizza, crispy and thin crust – nicely done. The margarita pizza was surprisingly good for just veggies only. Overall great place to sit down for pizza with the family.
