Great experience at the MOD Pizza in Ladue! Daisha made my pizza and was super fast and very sweet. She was helping a customer pay before me and even apologized for the brief wait, which I appreciated. I love that there are plenty of ingredients to build my own vegan pizza. She also asked if I was a rewards member; usually I have to bring that up myself because it gets skipped, so that was a nice touch. The restaurant was clean overall, and the ingredient/workstation area looked well maintained too. Solid service and a good visit all around.

The good: The location was exceptionally clean. Windows were being cleaned and I was greeted upon walking in.
The bad: After telling my name for the pick-up order (which was late) the cook said he was pulling it out of the oven as we speak. I watched him pull someone’s order out. Almost 10 minutes later he came out and handed me my order.
No steam coming from the pizza .
Got back to my room which was only 4 minutes away and the sauce was cold.
If I could five stars for friendliness, that would be a dream.
Unfortunately honesty regarding the end product is what matters.
Anyway maybe another time.

I placed an online order for pickup. I ordered a pizza with vegan cheese. It came out looking like they forgot to put most of the cheese on there. When I asked what happened I was told that’s how the vegan cheese melts. But it wasn’t even fully surrounding the pizza? Then when I asked if it could be remade with more cheese I was told to get back in line and I’d have to pay more for the extra cheese. I’ll attach a picture for reference. I asked for my money back and I won’t be returning. The employees were not helpful whatsoever and rude.

1st and last visit. Everything was just meh… Not much toppings and the crust was disgusting, I couldn’t eat it after I turned it over. (See pic). The pizzas I got were sloppy looking also, just bad.
Don’t know how some of these places get good reviews. The crust actually looks a bit moldy and I ate some of it!

Pizza was burnt and ingredients tasted old. We also ordered a salad that was heavily wilted. This is the last time we’ll be back. Its sad to see such a great chain drop it’s standards.

Here’s a shout out to MOD Pizza from Mike and Ash from Boston mass. We were in town because my son had a kidney transplant over at Barnes Jewish Hospital, which went absolutely perfect. A driver from the airport had recommended. We stopped at MOD Pizza so we did and Boy was it worth it. Travis was fun courteous and the staff girls were great. The pizza was outstanding. Definitely a place to put on your punchlist to stop and have some eats. Again Travis thank you for the experience. I’m sure we’ll see you soon.

Today my service was nothing short of phenominal. The greeting was sincere and welcoming. Tho I didn’t get her name I did remember her pleasant smile and blue braces.she made me and my husband moddies like she was in grandma’s kitchen– mouth watering and perfectly appearanced. Suggestive selling of the fresh cookie was soft to each bite.upon leaving we asked how long she been swinging cause when she was swinging them pies she done it with ease and perfection–she said 1 month..I say keep her cause good workers are very hard to find and of course we coming back for another one her moddies.keep up the good work yound lady this was your shout out~~YOU rocked it and very plesant attitude and worker.

Super friendly staff! Very helpful and a pleasure to work with! Lots of options on the menu for whatever you want your pizza to look like. Did seem to be slightly expensive for lunch. Almost 20 bucks for an 11-in pizza and 2 drinks. But maybe that’s the norm. Would definitely go back though. It was tasty.

You’ll probably find the most delicious pizza and beer here. The pizza is very similar to European pizzas; you can add any ingredient you want. It’s delicious! You can also choose to have two different flavors on one pizza, which is very convenient. I really liked the pizza with fig sauce, although it was a bit sweet.

This is a good place. They had a meat lovers pizza and soda for 15.00. The only thing wrong is they didn’t ask what size pizza, and I ended up with a 9 inch when I wanted the extra large. Now, I don’t even know if they have an extra large. My bad for staying on the phone. One other person in before me and five, then 1 other after me. The time was 12.30 to 1.50 pm. I might go back
